On about 140 square metres, our holiday home offers space for six to eight people. Our holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The large living room is equipped with a seating area (one of which is a sofa bed), the dining area with a large dining table and 6 chairs.
The living room and the fully equipped kitchen have underfloor heating. The following appliances are available in the house: TV flatscreen (SAT connection) in the kitchen and living room, DVD player, stereo, radio, telephone, W-LAN, stair lift, washing machine, iron and hoover
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, soda stream, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cappuccino maker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and a table with 4 chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a double washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
House Brigitte has 4 bedrooms. All beds are equipped with new high-quality mattresses as well as allergy-suffering duvets and pillows. All bedrooms have enough storage space and blinds in front of the windows. The following layout is available: 1 room with a double bed (1.80 x 2m), 2 rooms each with a double bed (1.40 x 2m), 1 passage room with a sofa bed (1.40 x 2m)
In the laundry room there is a washing machine, an ironing board with iron and two clothes drying racks.
Our sun terraces each have access from the living room and kitchen, an electric awning protects from the sun. There are sun loungers, terrace furniture and a barbecue. A bicycle can also be provided.

Location and surroundings of object
You can easily reach the centre of Bielefeld by bus: From Haus Brigitte you walk 100 metres to the nearest bus stop. From there you can get to the city centre in about 12 minutes.
Away from the busy roads, you can reach the city centre by bike: across greenery, past ponds and along a stream
But a walk through the district of Heepen with its historical buildings and other sights as well as good gastronomy is also worthwhile..
Distance to the centre of Heepen with ice cream parlour, supermarkets, bakery, opticians, restaurants, drugstore etc. approx. 10 minutes on foot.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
