Description
Spacious house in country house style with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room/kitchen fully equipped. We also have a cot/ high chair/children's crockery for children. Spend a relaxing holiday on our farm near Brixen/South Tyrol. Our house was furnished with much love and in a modern, comfortable living style. Lots of wood, natural materials and harmonious colours create a cosy atmosphere. For heating we use the renewable energy from our forest. On the huge terrace you can take your meals and light the barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in a green meadow, 800 m away from the centre of Lüsen (10 min. walk). Bus connection in about 50 m distance.
Children's ski lift at a distance of about 200 m. On our farm we have active farming with dairy cattle, kittens, rabbits and chickens! Daily fresh milk and free-range eggs. Bread service
On our farm there is a lot for children to discover and marvel at.
Whether in the sandbox, on the slide, in the stable, with our animals, on the trampoline or at table football, there is always action.

In summer you can go to the swimming pond in Lüsen for splashing and sliding, children's pool and sunbathing area. The swimming pond is open from the beginning of June to the beginning of September. Right next door there is a 5000 m² playground with football field, swings, various playground equipment and a large sand play area.
In the house you will also find the hiking guide of the surroundings in Lüsen: Hiking destinations are the Lüsner alpine huts, the nature park Puez Geisler with the Lüsner local mountain Peitler Kofel (2875 m) and the hiking area Plose
The winter invites you to ski on the Plose; snowshoe hiking on the Lüsner Alm, ice skating in the sports zone and a tobogganing fun for young and old.

Fantastic hiking accommodation with many possibilities
We were looking for suitable hiking accommodation with a dog in the Eisack Valley in the Dolomites and found what we were looking for at the Pardellerhof. The holiday here starts immediately with the welcome by the hosts Mathilde and Florian Mitterrutzner, who welcomed us very warmly and were always helpful with any questions.
The Pardellerhof is situated above the village centre of Lüsen in a quiet and pleasant location and is the ideal starting point for direct hikes in and around Lüsen, a visit to the natural bathing pond in Lüsen within walking distance or for shopping for local products and partiserie delicacies from the Oliver Glassner bakery in the village. By car we could easily reach the hikes in the immediate vicinity, such as the Peitlerkofel, the Geisslergruppe (here definitely on the Tullen and also the Günther Messner Höhenweg from the Russikreuz car park is highly recommended). Mathilde gave us the hiking guide for the surrounding area and other useful information as soon as we arrived, which was a very helpful companion during our hiking week.
I would like to say something about the accommodation itself - we felt at home here from the first moment. Everything was very clean and in mint condition, the kitchen was very well equipped - nothing was missing. Fresh eggs and milk can be obtained from the hosts at any time. The flat is generously equipped with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a kitchen-living room. We especially liked the balcony around the building and the beautiful large terrace with 2 benches and table as well as more deck chairs. There is also a large fireplace grill that can be used for barbecuing or a small campfire (firewood is included and provided by the hosts).
Unfortunately we had to go back home to work after a week...we would have loved to stay longer
