Villa Southern Charm has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bright, open living area consists of a living room with separate dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances
In addition to the living room, all three bedrooms and the terrace are also equipped with Smart TVs. The extensive technical equipment also includes a Playstation 4 with two controllers, headset and various games, a Bluetooth soundbar that you can use for your own devices and USB charging sockets on the bedside tables.
Enjoy your stay on the spacious pool area with dining table, sun loungers and lounge furniture and gas barbecue. The pool area with a large heated salt water pool faces south.

Villa Southern Charm is located in the far southwest of Cape Coral in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood south of Veterans Memorial Parkway. There are many bike paths there where you can explore the canals and mangroves. Various supermarkets, the Cape Harbour marina and beautiful Matlacha are only 10 minutes away.
It takes about 30-40 minutes to drive to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, as well as to Fort Myers International Airport.

Tolles Haus in Cape Coral
Tolles Ferienhaus in Cape Coral. Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa und haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Schöner Grundriss, toller Pool, sehr gute Ausstattung (besonders was Küchengeräte, etc. angeht) und eine für uns perfekte Lage. Für unser Baby war ebenfalls alles vorhanden, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Zusätzlich gab es Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm und Sandspielzeug! Die Vermieter und die Hausverwaltung waren ebenso super. Wenn es zeitlich passt, werden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Bewertung Villa Southern Charme
Schon beim Betreten der Villa fühlt man sich heimisch, geborgen und herzlich willkommen.Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr liebevoll dekoriert.Sie ist auf sehr hohem technischen Niveau, es fehlt an Nichts; weder in der Küche, den Bädern oder den Schlafzimmern. Besonders hervor zu heben ist die Terrasse und der Poolbereich : eine Oase der Erholung! Die Villa liegt in einer sehr sicheren und ruhigen Wohngegend. Cape Coral liegt außerdem sehr Zentral für ganz tolle Ausflüge und zahlreiche Strände.
Meine Bewertung : 5 Sterne !!!
