The Holiday home
The holiday apartment Casa Romantica has a great garden with a large saltwater pool ( x m) and is located on the outskirts of Blanes only about 4 km from the nearest beach in a rural area with vineyards, near an extensive pine and cork oak forest. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed.
Casa Romantica was completely renovated in 2019 and comfortably furnished.
The garden plot with many trees (olives, pomegranates, figs, persimmons, etc.) and the large pool will surely please you. The pool can be illuminated at night
The sunsets over the Monseny mountain range are simply gorgeous and can be admired from there.
You enter the main house through a separate entrance via the covered and in summertime pleasantly cool entrance area, where the barbecue as well as table and chairs are located. The holiday flat is located on the upper floor.
There you will find a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm arranged as a double bed) and a shower room. From the living room you reach the large roof terrace (solarium) via a small stepladder.
Air conditioning is available in all 3 rooms (optional). Heating is also available (optional).
Casa Romantica is ideal for 2-4 persons. .
The large pool is ideal for a refreshing swim. There is a shower room in the pool house and an outdoor shower next to the pool house. Park your car in front of the house in the street (quiet cul-de-sac)
The holiday apartment Casa Romantica is located on the upper floor of the main house (the ground floor of the main house is occasionally used privately by the owners). Also on the more than 1000 m² large property there is another holiday home, Casa Mariposa (max. 2-6 persons, own entrance to the property and to the house, own terraces, own grill).

Location and surroundings of object
Casa Romantica is quietly located on the outskirts of Blanes, in the vineyards and fields of the small settlement of Puig de la Dona. They are located about 4 km from the beach and 2 km from the entrance of Blane with the supermarkets. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The Masia-Restaurant Can Tarranc is only about 1 km from the holiday home. Here you can try the traditional Catalan cuisine.
