The cosy holiday flat (58 sqm) is centrally located yet very quiet in the attic of the holiday complex "Residenz am Kurhaus". Divided over 2 floors, up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing break from everyday life. The living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom and bathroom/WC are on the lower floor, another bedroom and a storage room are on the upper floor.
The lower bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed (180 x 200), the upper bedroom with 2 single beds.
For our little guests there is a travel baby bed/ high chair available.
The fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired.
After your eventful excursions, you can end the day in the cosy living area of the holiday flat with a good book, a nice film (satellite TV, DVD) or one of the available games. WLAN available
Or you can use the free swimming pool, which is open all year round. The sauna, which is also free of charge, and a coin-operated solarium complete the 'wellness area' in the Kurhaus.
On the 'corner' balcony you can enjoy the sun and the view of the sea and the salt lagoon. Smoking is also allowed here.
You can park your car free of charge in the underground car park.
Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee in the Kurhaus opposite. There you will also find a bakery (breakfast available) with a café and a library.

Location and surroundings of object
In Rerik you can enjoy your holiday in all seasons between the Baltic Sea with its steep coast and sandy beach and the salt lagoon with the whole family. Thanks to the central location, you can easily do your daily shopping on foot. The pier, supermarkets, bicycle rental, a playground, hairdresser, physiotherapy, savings bank as well as cafés and restaurants of the village can be reached in a few minutes. The beach is only 200 m away.
