La Palombara is a typical Marchegian farmhouse.
Since the house is located in south-western direction, it has sun all day long. The property is laid out in terraces, high trees provide shade. A large, comfortable kitchen-living room offers plenty of space for large and small families. The interior is artistically designed, practical and comfortable. There are pictures everywhere. Natural materials have priority. A music corner in the "Salone" is also part of the interior. The bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet, bathtub and a massage couch. In the well-kept garden there is a shady place overgrown with wine to relax. From the two large terraces (30 sqm) you have a fascinating view of the surrounding landscape. Everywhere there are beautiful corners and angles, with seating possibilities. The vegetable and herb garden can also be used. In addition to the large parking lot at the entrance of the property, there is a shady place for the car.
Here you will find absolute tranquillity in nature and at the same time a good connection for discovering the most beautiful destinations.

The Marches, in central Italy, at the height of Tuscany and Umbria on the Adriatic coast, are worth discovering: the incredible beauty, simplicity and authenticity of a whole region leave a lasting impression once you have been here! La Palombara is located near Pergola, not far from the impressive mountain scenery of Monte Catria. In 30 minutes you can use the well signposted hiking trails at Monte Acuto. On the other side, at exactly the same time, you will be on the long sandy beaches of Senigallia, following the Pergolese to the sea. At the Conero you can find corners without the parasol systems, but in Marotta, for example, they are well suited for small children, everything very clean and neat. An alternative to the sea are bathing places at the wild mountain river, so far still an insider's tip and within 15 km easy to reach.
From the house you have a beautiful view all around on the wide hilly landscape with its meadows, wheat fields and vineyards. Wild cuttings with broom, maquis and oak woods offer space for many animals and prevent too intensive farming, which is only done biologically in the immediate vicinity. Many products can be purchased from the producer. Sheep graze around the house where the forest turns into pastures and the 1 km long private access road ends directly at the house. The next shopping possibility with daily fresh bread is only 5 minutes away, despite the separate location, directly next to the bar. Well-known medieval cultural cities such as Urbino, Fano and Corinaldo offer a wide range of cultural activities to be discovered. Theatre, concerts, town festivals ( Sagra della Polenta) especially in August attract many visitors. Many small bars, restaurants and shops offer the opportunity to experience the special flair of the region.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
