Cosy approx. 60 sqm holiday flat on the 1st floor for up to 6 people in a quiet, central location close to the beach. Veranda and garden invite you to a relaxing holiday
Car parking spaces are available on the property.
The holiday flat has a spacious living room with satellite TV, sofa bed and dining table, 2 bedrooms with double beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a separate cot as well as a loft bed for 2 persons (alternatively, the sofa bed can also be used)
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker....
The bathroom has a WC and shower
Alternatively, the veranda can be used as a dining area.

The holiday flat is in a central, quiet location close to the beach in the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom
The beach, the centre of Zinnowitz (beach promenade, pier ...),the coastal forest as well as the Bernsteintherme (a seawater swimming pool with a spacious wellness area, saunas and beach access) can be reached in a few minutes on foot
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fish shop, boutiques ...)
The palate is also catered for: restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, Irish pub ... can be found in the immediate vicinity
Shopping to your heart's content is very easy: boutiques, souvenir shops, bookshops ... everything can be found.
