Large HOLIDAY HOUSE for 8 people with its own WELLNESS AREA (swimming pool+sauna) in a beautiful, quiet location in the HOHES VENN-EIFEL/ NATIONALPARK EIFEL/ NRW/ Germany nature park.
You enter the large ENTRANCE HALL and can already hear the fire crackling in the OPEN FIREPLACE. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find the large living/dining room with another OPEN FIREplace, the eat-in kitchen, the bathroom with guest WC and 2 double bedrooms. Via an open staircase you reach the openly designed attic, where the children have a lot of space to play. There are also 2 double sofa beds, a shower room with WC, the conservatory and a south-facing balcony.
In the SOUTERRAIN you will find the WELLNESS AREA with SWIMMING POOL + SAUNA,
the exit to the lower terrace and the FITNESS AREA with table tennis table, among others Outside the house:
GRILL FIREPLACE, 2 terraces with garden furniture, the fenced garden, garage and 2 car parking spaces.

A great house in a super location
A large, super equipped house with many possibilities for leisure activities (swimming pool, sauna, table tennis, barbecue etc.). The living area, both downstairs and upstairs, is very spacious and very well furnished. We can only recommend a holiday there and to let your soul dangle.

Sylvester Week
It is a beautiful house in a great location. We chose the house because of its quiet location, as we have two large dogs, one of which has a real phobia of fireworks. It was the quietest New Year's Eve we have ever experienced. Unfortunately, there were some shortcomings and therefore a few tips and information for future visitors:
- There is information that there is a fenced garden, which is true, but the fence is not high and very old, especially for large dogs, not really safe. It would also be good to know that the garden is directly next to another garden where another dog lives. -Electricity costs are paid based on the meter reading after the fact: important information, the pool is heated by a hot air system that cannot be turned off. Thus, with two people and a baby, we had an electricity consumption of 140€ in one week without using the sauna(!). ), we were not able to use them due to illness.
- we paid over 1200€ for the highly sought after New Year's week and did not even have table tennis paddles that were usable, the available ones were just totally broken.
- great kitchen, everything you need.
- the view is a dream, both downstairs and the panoramic view from the upper floor, however, the great view is simply not enjoyable with such dirty windows. Outside as well as inside, at this price, it is very annoying. -good beds, as well as clean bedding.

Great quaint house
We were once again in this spacious and rustic holiday home.
In particular, we were thrilled to have the wellness area, sauna, and swimming pool again, and we used them extensively.
The children also took over the upper floor and thought it was super cool to have the large area to themselves.
We made trips to the surrounding area, Monschau, Hohes Venn, and much more.
Sitting in the spacious living room by the fireplace in the evenings was simply beautiful.
We will rent the house again next year.

Well-maintained luxurious house with a great pool - also ideal for children.
The house is detached in a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. It is well-maintained, clean, and has good amenities with new appliances in the kitchen and living room. The highlight is definitely the large pool - with a swing and rope ladder attached to the ceiling, it is also a great playground for children.

a holiday home to feel good
We were not the first time in this spacious and cozy holiday home, and it certainly will not be the last time. After a long day of hiking, relaxing in the sauna and then jumping into the large pool is a treat! The house leaves nothing to be desired, and cooking is truly enjoyable in the spacious, new kitchen. Next time, we will book with friends because the generous upper floor with its own bathroom practically invites a shared vacation. The holiday home is worth a recommendation!!!

Fantastic holiday in a very beautiful holiday home
The holiday in this house was beautiful and relaxing. In particular, the wellness area with swimming pool and sauna was very enjoyable and relaxing. Furthermore, we found the size of the house exceptionally nice. We also enjoyed the surroundings of the house very much!
