The 65 sqm semi-detached house is located in a quiet little holiday home settlement close to the beach. Here you can hear the sound of the sea and make yourself comfortable at any time of the year.
The house was newly furnished in 2019 in a family-friendly country house style. Two separate bedrooms with a double bed (180×200 cm) and 2 single beds respectively offer enough space for 4 people (plus baby)
Next to the bedrooms, there is a shower room with WC on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and the open living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A parking space and a shed for storing your bicycles belong to the outdoor area of the house. The small garden with terrace and barbecue area is surrounded by hedges and offers peace and relaxation. Garden furniture and two sunbeds are of course available.

Location and surroundings of object
Everything is within easy walking distance from the holiday home. The beach, playground, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bicycle rental are only a few minutes' walk away. It is also not far to the bus station, the harbour on the Salzhaff and to doctors and a pharmacy.
In Rerik, stress is transformed into peace and serenity. For despite its unique location between the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea, Germany's second smallest town is still considered an insider tip. The long sandy beach with a pier merges into a natural beach below the steep coast - all the way up to Kühlungsborn.
