The sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, is equipped with air conditioning that runs on a timer. A guest toilet with shower cubicle and the washing machine in the utility room complete the comfort.
In the idyllic garden of the holiday home, the swimming pool with child-friendly steps invites you to take a refreshing dip, while you can relax wonderfully on the comfortable loungers of the surrounding sun terrace. While reading a good book, the relaxation on the roofed terrace with attractive garden furniture will quickly set in. Palm trees provide welcome shade. The romantic barbecue area provides for cosy barbecue evenings. Sporty people will get their money's worth at a table tennis match (please don't forget bats and balls). In the midst of rural surroundings in the northern part of Majorca, this holiday home with an attractive natural stone facade is located between the medieval towns of Pollensa and Alcudia on a well-kept garden plot with Mediterranean plants and a charming view of the distant mountains. After a short drive by car you can reach the sandy bays of Playa de Muro, Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala San Vicente as well as the charming old town of Pollensa, which has a historical charm with its winding cobblestone streets. The impressive Plaça Mayor, flanked by the 18th century parish church and tall mansions, is the site of one of the most popular weekly markets on the island, always on Sundays. A trip to the spectacular Formentor peninsula, which rewards its visitors with a fascinating natural setting, promises a nice change. Culinary delights out of the house are offered by a variety of restaurants in Pollensa or, partly directly on the waterfront, in the lively coastal town of Puerto Pollensa.
