A quiet village of Swiecianowo, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Approx. 10 km from the larger city (Slawno), 5 km from the lake (Ostrowieckie lake), where there is a beach and water equipment rental. A trip to the seaside is not a problem here either - it is only 25 km in the direction of Darłowo.
The immediate surroundings of the house are meadows, forests and idyllic landscape. Lots of possibilities for walks and bicycle tours in the natural surroundings. Here you can really relax, enjoying the silence, wonderful nature and clean air.
A nice, cozy summer house with a private, fenced property awaits the guests. It offers an atmospheric, elegantly furnished living room with a fireplace and a TV connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower (there is also a washing machine). There are 2 separate bedrooms upstairs. There are as many as 2 terraces, of which 1 is covered, and there is also a balcony on the first floor. The view from the west-facing terrace is particularly impressive, with a magnificent panorama of the idyllic landscape, forests and meadows. The sunsets are especially spectacular here.
The house is situated on a large, fenced plot with an area of approx. 2500 sqm (all for private disposal of guests).
The immediate surroundings of the house allow you to spend time outdoors, rest or actively. The huge lawn provides the setting for many different games and activities. in many different ways.
The owner of the house lives in the same village (approx. 1 km away) and can provide help and advice at any time.
Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity consumption, water consumption, stay with a dog (max. 2), wood for the fireplace, baby cot, final cleaning, parking.
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Attractions in the area: the main attraction here are natural values, vast meadows, dense forests, perfect for hiking, walking and cycling.
There is a private fishing pond in the village, the owner of which invites guests to go fishing (for an additional fee; basic fishing equipment can be rented if necessary). In addition, there are also farmed fish ponds (trout). It is possible to buy such fresh fish on the spot straight from the pond. Anyone who tastes this fresh, healthy fish here (e.g. grilled) reports to the owner immediately for more pieces.
The lake with a beautiful beach and water sports equipment rental is only 5 km away. The Baltic beach near Darłowo is waiting for lovers of sea bathing - it is only 25 km, which can be traveled comfortably by car or even by bike. Larger shops are located in the city about 10 km from Swiecianów (Slawno).
In case of bad weather, we suggest a trip to the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Koszalin). Especially with children, it is worth visiting a large, attractive aquapark (it is only 30 km from Swiecianów).
A visit to the climatic seaside town (Ustka - about 40 km from Swiecianów) is also worth recommending, where the renovated heart of the resort is filled with historic buildings in a characteristic half-timbered style. Here you will find numerous cafes, excellent restaurants, a seaside promenade and a naturally wonderful sandy beach.
For traveling enthusiasts, a day trip to the Tri-City (Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot) will not be a problem either. It's just a 2-hour drive each way.
