A quiet village of Swiecianowo, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Approx. 10 km from the larger city (Slawno), 5 km from the lake (Ostrowieckie lake), where there is a beach and water equipment rental. A trip to the seaside is not a problem here either - it is only 25 km in the direction of Darłowo.
The immediate surroundings of the house are meadows, forests and idyllic landscape. Lots of possibilities for walks and bicycle tours in the natural surroundings. Here you can really relax, enjoying the silence, wonderful nature and clean air.
A holiday villa in XXL size is waiting for guests. This unique accommodation offers 470 sq m of living space, 9 separate bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The house is situated on a huge plot of approx. 5000 square meters (most of it is a well-kept garden). The owner of the building lives on the same property, but his presence is rather unnoticeable, and is always available to help and advise.
The house is well-equipped and is the perfect place to stay for larger organized groups, as well as families with children, people who expect recreational opportunities on site. In addition to the aforementioned bedrooms and bathrooms, a very large fully equipped kitchen is available on site (including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge). In a separate room there is an elegant dining room, a real one, with a table where even a whole group of 25 guests can feast at the same time. The cozy lounge with fireplace and TV invite you to spend a pleasant movie night with your family. On the first floor, apart from 6 separate bedrooms, there is an additional living room with TV.
The immediate surroundings of the house allow you to spend time in many different ways. An attractive playground with a trampoline awaits the youngest, but there is also a sports field, bicycles, a gym, table tennis, table football and a lot of space, a huge lawn that allows carefree fun for children of all ages. Adults will surely be pleased with the fact that there is a place for a bonfire and a garden shed where you can spend a nice, social evening.
On the other side of the street there is a fish pond belonging to the owners of the holiday villa. Guests can fish here at an additional cost (basic fishing equipment can be hired if needed). In addition to the fishing pond, the owners of the facility also have fish ponds in the vicinity, where they breed trout. It is possible to buy such fresh fish on the spot straight from the pond. Anyone who tastes this fresh, healthy fish (e.g. grilled) here reports to the owners later for another fish each day.
Included in the price: bed linen, electricity and water consumption, firewood, WiFi internet, parking, baby cot, high chair.
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Attractions in the area: the main attraction here are natural values, vast meadows, dense forests, perfect for hiking, walking and cycling. The lake with a beautiful beach and water sports equipment rental is only 5 km away. The Baltic beach near Darłowo is waiting for lovers of sea bathing - it is only 25 km, which can be traveled comfortably by car or even by bike. Larger shops are located in the city about 10 km from Swiecianów (Slawno).
In case of bad weather, we suggest a trip to the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Koszalin). Especially with children, it is worth visiting a large, attractive aquapark (it is only 30 km from Swiecianów).
A visit to the climatic seaside town (Ustka - about 40 km from Swiecianów) is also worth recommending, where the renovated heart of the resort is filled with historic buildings in a characteristic half-timbered style. Here you will find numerous cafes, excellent restaurants, a seaside promenade and a naturally wonderful sandy beach.
For traveling enthusiasts, a day trip to the Tri-City (Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot) will not be a problem either. It's just a 2-hour drive each way.
