Enter and feel good - that is the holiday motto in the Speicherloft! The spacious, light-flooded rooms allow a wonderful view of the Schlei through the large windows, which you can enjoy at any time of the day. With a fragrant café, you can enjoy the view of the sailing yachts in the guest berth harbour and the colourful hustle and bustle on water and on land. In addition to a first-class location directly on the harbour, our holiday domicile also offers you a comfortable interior design that combines the historic charm of the listed building with modern furnishings. The spacious and open-plan living room has a galley kitchen, a cosy dining area and a snug reading corner - framed by seven large storage windows, a fantastic view of the Schlei, the herring fence and the Schleibrücke bridge opens up. The attic loft offers a cleverly integrated, open sleeping area with a comfortable double bed in the living room and two cosy bunks as single beds in the separate bedroom, which also provide access to the modern shower room.
Additional holiday highlights: The house's sauna can be used for a small extra charge and is available to all holiday guests of the house
One of the highlights is also the terrace, which is shared with the other two flats and on which you sit elevated above the harbour promenade directly opposite the sailing harbour... Morning sun for breakfast or a glass of vino in the evening - the neighbouring restaurant will even deliver exclusively to your terrace on request.

The "Speicherloft" is located directly at the harbour of the town of Kappeln on the first floor of a historic granary, which has been lovingly modernised.
The spacious, partially floor-to-ceiling warehouse windows not only open up a first-class view of the Schlei, but within the season also of exciting "harbour cinema", when here - directly in front of your doorstep - various sailing boats, excursion ships and motorboats sail in and out to moor at the guest berth harbour or pass the bridge in Kappeln. Enjoy the maritime atmosphere, stroll along the harbour promenade and let your mind wander!
The town centre is also only 100 metres away and offers a pretty old town with many small shops, but also sights such as the baroque St. Nicholas Church or the Dutch windmill Amanda, where the tourist information is also located.
The Anglian landscape can also be wonderfully explored by bicycle (which you can safely park in the entrance hall of the house)
There are also great cycle paths directly along the Schlei, for example to Arnis, the smallest town in Germany
If you prefer to discover the landscape from the water, why not take a trip on the paddle steamer "Schlei Princess", which is anchored at Kappeln harbour just a few metres from your front door.

Super Ausblick auf die Schlei!
Der Ausblick hat uns sehr gefallen! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, es sind viele Radtourrouten da! Die Gästebetreuerin war sehr freundlich, es stand bereits Sekt kalt im Kühlschrank. Ein größerer Badspiegel wäre schön, vielleicht mit LED's. Von aussen & innen sehr geschmacksvoll! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

... über Karneval in Kappeln
Perfekt gelegene Unterkunft am Hafen mit Blick auf die Schlei und die Heringszäune. Das Speicherloft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nach ausgedehnten Wanderungen nach Arnis oder Maasholm kann man entspannt ein Buch zur Hand nehmen und zwischendurch die tolle Aussicht auf die Schlei genießen. Grossartige Begrüßung. Ein echter Wohlfühlort. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Perfectly located accommodation at the harbor with a view of the Schlei and the herring fences.
The storage loft leaves nothing to be desired.
After extensive hikes to Arnis or Maasholm, you can relax with a book and enjoy the great view of the Schlei.

We really liked the view! The apartment is very centrally located, there are many bike routes! The guest coordinator was very friendly, there was already chilled champagne in the fridge.
A larger bathroom mirror would be nice, maybe with LED lights.
Very tasteful from the outside and inside!
All in all, highly recommended!
