Description
Our rooms dwelling with installation kitchen with dishwasher, Ceramic Cooking Surface, and toaster 2 WC and balcony is really completely furnished. We have 5 adult beds, 2 sleeep sofas, 1 cradle and 2 lattice beds at the disposal. If necessary mattresses can be added. The rooms have roll shops and central heating. Books and games for all age groups are just as available as plentiful documentation over the Bodensee circle. Gladly I dispatch further information to you.

The dwelling lies in the half flor of a calm property plant. Cycle tracks invite you, starting from the dwelling loosely too radeln, a well removed net at moving ways lead you for example into the Ried to the iris bloom. All important mechanisms can be attained comfortably to foot: Bath possibility 200 m, port, bus station 400 m, old part of town 500 m, fair FN 7 minutes with the car or free - bus. bussinessmen, motobike drivers, families with children and seniors: They are cordially welcome all. The surroundings of Friedrichshafen are characterised by meadows, forests, vineyards and orchards. Friedrichshafen is surrounded by cultural and recreational areas which make it a popular destination as well as a starting point for excursions throughout the region of the Lake and also to Austria (Bregenz = 30 km by road) and Switzerland (Romanshorn = 45 minutes by ferry).

| No fair surcharge, prices are scaled according to number of persons, season and nights. All-inclusive prices are given for an occupancy of 4 persons. For occupancy of only 1 - 5 nights, we are forced to charge a short-term surcharge. For occupancy up to 5 persons we charge for 1 - 3 nights 50,- Euro per person and night from 5 nights 40,- Euro / person / night. From 6 persons we charge for 1 - 5 nights 45,- Euro / person / night. Dogs must be indicated in the booking request. We charge 140,- Euro / week / dog. A calculation of single nights is not possible. |

We felt comfortable. However, the apartment is too small for the specified number of people and the price is too high.

The flat has been rented out by me since 2003 as the Deutschle holiday flat on Lake Constance, in the meantime with many dear regular guests. Intensive contact with my "cleaning fairy" on site as well as regular checks and maintenance of the flat and the inventory are a matter of course for me, even if I no longer live there. The keys are handed over during a personal greeting or via a key-save.
