The Holiday home

On a large, pine-covered Provencal hillside plot in Mérindol This holiday house with private pool for maximum 6 people - occupants of the property are squirrels, birds, butterflies and cicadas.

On foot you are in a few minutes in the small Provencal village with shops, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy and market. The interior of the house is a pleasant mix of modern and antique furniture, the outside can be enjoyed on different terraces according to desire. We rent the house for up to 5 adults, or up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The detached Provencal stone house was built in 1973 and has approximately 215 square meters. In the entrance floor there is a very large living and dining room with satellite TV (German channels), Internet access after systemic / local availability (WLAN); Inglenook fireplace, next to the kitchen with among others. Freezer, microwave oven, extractor hood and dishwasher, before a covered terrace with seating furniture.

One bedroom with a m wide bed. A bedroom with a double bed (2 x m wide mattresses, 2,20 m long) and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the same floor is a second bathroom with tub, sink and toilet. A separate toilet. The floor in the slope consists of a very large bedroom and livingroom with a mx m wide bed. Electric heating. Washing machine. (Plastic) high chair.

Various terraces with garden furniture, electric grill. The private swimming pool is 11 mx 5 m and depth by. He is a precaution fenced and 14 May - opened October 24, 2016. Chairs are available. A pet can be brought. The approximately 3000 square meter property is not fully fenced. You can park on the property.

Perfekte Ausstattung, alles unkompliziert und freundlich

Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.
Die Lage am Ortsrand ist ideal. Ruhig, aber fußläufig sind Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte schnell erreicht.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses war perfekt: Alles, was gebraucht wird ist vorhanden.
Lage ist für einen Urlaub im Luberon genial. Eine Fülle von reizvollen Zielen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie alle aufzuzählen sprengt den Rahmen. Sehr schöne Märkte z.B. in Chapaize (am Sonntag), in Cucuron - niveauvoll, stimmungsvoll, reizvoll.
Kontakt mit "Verwaltung" vor Ort, aber auch mit den Besitzern war angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend.
