We found the observance of quiet times very good, so it was also near the pool and no shouting in the morning, a very clean and well-kept area, the staff is very friendly and helpful

See the comment above: there was no booking on site, and the wrong telephone number for the holiday resort was communicated, the service from TUI on the phone was very nice, but the call on site probably didn't take place

We really liked the campsite itself and the location, the apartment was unfortunately not what we expected - especially not for this price, at least the mattresses should be comfortable and ensure a restful sleep, that would certainly improve a lot , (,,,)

We were in the off-season and there were a lot of vacant bungalows, so I didn't understand why we were accommodated with a small child right across from an ice cream parlor with constant noise, beds were very bad!!

I had questions about the inventory in our accommodation, since we haven't had a holiday like this before, I found a PDF on the accommodation's website and just wanted to have this list confirmed, unfortunately you couldn't give me any information about this and I had to find the accommodation myself write to them, I didn't get a prompt answer to my question from you, that's very damaging
