Newly built, family-friendly holiday residence in a rural setting near the town of Cecina on the Etruscan Coast. It is only 3.5 kilometers from the beautiful long sandy beaches of Vada, a distance you can easily cover by bicycle. A bicycle rental is located directly in your property. If you want to be even faster in the water, simply cool off in the large communal pool. Live in comfortably furnished apartments spread across three single-storey buildings. These fit perfectly into the landscape, because the traditional Tuscan style was taken into account in the construction of the complex. A maximum of 2 additional people for 30 euros per night, to be paid on site. no German TV channels available, as shown in the brochure - that air conditioning is only an option (60 euros per week) is misleading

It would be important for us to tackle the problem of mosquitoes, e.g. mosquito net over the bed, the towels were changed once, here we would recommend

The pillows were not clean when we arrived and had to be replaced, in the bathroom the drain in the sink could not be closed and opened, the water could not drain properly, but the plug in the kitchen was completely missing, when asked it was said

Quiet and well-kept facility, good parking, praise for that, mattresses were unfortunately very poor quality, oxidized taps in the bathroom, flow of cold water not adjustable, no German-speaking tour guide available, TV program slots and announcement of the bread service not good,
