The Holiday flat

In this southern French apartment for 4 people with sea view in Les Issambres on the French Riviera, you can well renounce the car, because the beach and all the shops are easily within 5 minutes walking distance.

The southern French two-family house stands in a pleasant, quiet residential area and was renovated of 2005. The bright, fresh décor fits beautifully to the Côte d'Azur and the colorful bougainvilleas on the large terrace complete the picture.

The comfortable Provencal apartment for 4 people has about 80 square meters. It comes initially equal in the living room with satellite TV (German channels), internet (WLAN) after systemic and local availability. Next door is the kitchen (fitted kitchen) with, for example, a microwave oven, induction plate, dishwasher, freezer and cooker hood.

From the living room with fireplace, you can go to the terrace. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms each with a m wide bed. There is a baby cot available. The bathroom has a tub, shower and 2 sinks. A separate toilet. Central heating.

There are patio furniture and sea views. A small pet may bring with them after consultation with the owner. Parking is available on the street outside the house. The apartment can be reached via a staircase.

Hervorragende Lage

Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend, ortsnah und trotzdem ruhig. Man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten am Strand und erreicht auch fast alle Geschäfte.
Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei. Herr B. wartete schon und hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt. Obwohl wir nicht französisch sprechen und er weder deutsch noch englisch klappte die Verständigung trotzdem (sozusagen mit Händen und Füßen), da er sich sehr bemühte.
Er brachte uns am nächsten Tag sogar einen Sonnenschirm an den Strand und fuhr an einem anderen Tag vor uns her zu einem größeren Supermarkt und übergab uns auch noch einen Chip für den Einkaufswagen.
Herr und Frau B. sind überaus gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Auf der Straße vor dem haus konnten wir auch gut parken, es war immer ein Platz frei.
Der Strand ist ideal auch für kleinere KInder, da man an fast allen Stellen sehr weit hineinlaufen und stehen kann.
Da wir im Oktober da waren, gab es keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme. Ob es diese im Sommer gibt, können wir nicht sagen.
Es gibt es zwei Pizzerien in Strandnähe. Die Pizzeria direkt gegenüber des Strandes haben wir ausprobiert und können die Pizza sehr empfehlen.
Auch die Bäckereien sind beide sehr gut.
Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung haben wir wenige unternommen, da wir lediglich 1 Woche vor Ort waren. In der Nachsaison hält sich der Verkehr sehr in Grenzen.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Grösse, Lage im Ort, etc. die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig, aber auch mit Stil möbliert.
Die Schlüsselübergabe mit den Besitzern hat bestens geklappt.
Das Besitzerpaar war uns gegenüber sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit..
Die Angaben in Ihrem beigelegten Booklet waren perfekt.
