The family-friendly holiday apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is located in the immediate vicinity of the long sandy beaches on the Lungomare Regina Elena in Ladispoli. It is on the 2nd floor of a newer residential building. The two balconies lead off the bedrooms, one of which even has a partial sea view. Ladispoli is a well-known seaside resort about 35 km north-west of Rome on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
