Within a radius of 2 km you will find numerous rustic taverns with typical Cretan cuisine. The beautiful sandy beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalives are around 10 km away. The impressive Lake Kournas is also only 10 km away. The location between Chania and Rethymnon is ideal for exploring Apokoronas, one of the greenest regions of Crete with small traditional mountain villages and beautiful sandy beaches.
