You live extremely comfortably and luxuriously with your own small beach between the mucous estuary and the Baltic Sea. The picturesque Schlei region has been recognized as a nature park because of its unique landscape. Gentle hills and lush green forests alternate with sandy beaches and idyllic bathing bays, and every few kilometers you come across a small, romantic village. An exclusive holiday home area with a yacht club is being built on the former naval site of Port Olpenitz. It is about six kilometers to the port town of Kappeln. Here you will find a full infrastructure with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in a lively, maritime atmosphere. Once fully developed, the Baltic Sea resort will also house restaurants and cafés as well as a mini shop. Highlights included: WLAN Activities in the area: cycling, hiking and walking in the Schlei nature park - a pleasure for all nature lovers. For anglers, the Schlei is also a good area for eel, pike, zander, perch, sea trout, carp and bream - a fishing license or a fishing license for holidaymakers is required for this, which can also be purchased online.
