This apartment complex, consisting of two buildings, each with a shared outdoor pool, is located on a water canal in the quiet district of Santa Margarita. From the balconies of the multi-storey houses you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the mountains in the hinterland. In Type A and Type B, wooden furniture was preferred for the neat interior design. The modernly equipped type C is located in the second apartment building, which was newly built in 2014. The floors are tiled in all accommodation. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the beautifully landscaped beach promenade are in the immediate vicinity. A very nice place to stay, clean, modern + well furnished and well maintained (!) - that's how you imagine a holiday apartment, Roses also has a lot to offer as a holiday destination, since we are still able to drive outside of the holiday season
