Car-free caravan park right by the sea and in the middle of an oak forest, surrounded by a few hectares of vineyards. A special feature of the site is an outdoor pool filled with seawater and an olive garden with 170 trees. Some of the mobile homes are located in the hilly part of the caravan park and are grouped around a barbecue area and a children's area in the style of former villages. Others form another, so-called Istrian village, which functions independently from the rest of the park. The exterior of these mobile homes is reminiscent of typical Istrian stone houses. Here the private vegetable garden completes the return to nature. You can help yourself to the naturally grown vegetables free of charge. You can also find more mobile homes lying under shady trees, near two newly built pools. There is also a separate relaxation zone with hanging loungers, a canopy and swings. The partly rocky, partly pebbly beach, with a wide range of water sports, stretches a few hundred meters along the caravan park.

Activities nearby: Only 4 km away is the historic and Italian town of Novigrad. Also recommended is a trip to the Baredine Cave in Nova Vas and the nearby town of Porec. Aquapark Istralandia offers a lot of excitement for big and small visitors. The more than 80,000 square meter water world is located between Novigrad and Brtonigla, only about 9 km from the coast.

TV and refrigerator were broken, were only replaced the next day, since we called the front desk again and informed them

We are used to better from TUI, this holiday was planned and booked at very short notice, so it is clear to us that we no longer had the huge selection, but to be honest TUI

It was a great vacation! We had only promised ourselves more nightlife on site, since we had also planned a party holiday, otherwise we were convinced of the facility and of TUI Ferienhaus, we will book again,

Lamp in the kitchen/dining room broken, mold in both shower stalls with odor development, the door of one shower stall could not be closed, supermarket far too expensive and poorly stocked, although 3 times at the front desk, none of the defects mentioned were turned off! After a thunderstorm, broken parasols were simply left lying around for two days, slide mats were screwed on to make it easier to get into the sea, two of them were torn away during the above-mentioned thunderstorm, the screws then stuck out until the end of our holiday (risk of accidents), at When the beach was fully occupied, a sales stand was dismantled, the result was noise from vehicles and tools (drilling machine), although it was noted in the information documents available on site, no more animation was offered, the football field is just an unmown meadow on which there were not even goals, overall the staff (cleaning ladies and caretaker) was very friendly though,
