This modern terraced house with communal pool is located in a quiet location in the small town of Puerto Calero. Spread over two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living/dining room, it offers you plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. You can enjoy the sun and relax on the terrace or by the communal swimming pool. The marina of Puerto Calero, built in 1989, is one of the most modern and exclusive ports in the world. Due to the ideal wind conditions, many sailing trips and boat trips are offered here. The tourist center in the southeast of the island offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as beautiful natural beaches and a wide range of sporting activities.
