The holiday home
The flat is non-smoking and pet-free.
We ask for consideration for fellow tenants and new tenants.
The house was renovated in winter 2018 on the ground floor and has a fitted kitchen (cooker with oven and ceramic hob, new fridge with 4-star ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more), living and dining area, as well as the bathroom with rain shower, which was completely renovated and modernised in 2013
On the first floor you will find two cosy bedrooms (1x double bed // 1x two single beds and cot) with enough storage space for your clothes. In the master bedroom, which was renovated in 2019, you will sleep in comfortable box spring beds.
In the converted attic, your children will find plenty of space to play and romp around.
In the adjacent annex you will find garden and deck chairs to make yourself comfortable on the terrace with barbecue fireplace. In addition, we have 4 bicycles, a child seat and a trolley available for you free of charge.

The cosy non-smoking holiday home is situated in a quiet location, but still only a few minutes' walk from the village centre with its supermarket, numerous restaurants and cafés. The beach and harbour are also only 15 minutes away on foot along the Siel. So you walk along the water to the North Sea. The pretty seaside resort with its cutter and yacht harbour, the Malbusen, an idyllic lake that invites you to go for a walk, and the many pubs, cafés and restaurants is lively with a martial flair against the incomparable backdrop of the North Sea
The reed house of the spa administration offers a lot of information about Dornumersiel and the surrounding area, as well as a fireside lounge and many games and entertainment options for the young and young-at-heart.
The sandy beach invites you to relax and linger, and you can go swimming in the heated open-air seawater pool even at low tide.

Sollte es auch dem Vermieter nicht gelingen einen Ersatzmieter zu finden, so sind insgesamt 80% der vereinbarten Gesamtmiete zu bezahlen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus gut erholt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die einzige Kritik am Ferienhaus ist, dass die Matratze im Schlafzimmer viel zu weich ist.
Ansonsten war das Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Ganz toll!
So ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem so hübschen Häuschen! Wir waren ganz angetan, und unsere „Kritik“punkte sind allenfalls Kinkerlitzchen: so fehlte uns ein Schuhbänkchen im Eingangsbereich und ein Sessel zusätzlich zur Couch wäre toll gewesen, aber ansonsten alles super. Für das Kind war alles und noch mehr da, das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt, sauber. Auch die Gästemappe war sehr interessant, auch wegen der ganzen Flyer. Vielleicht wäre es gut, die Infos zum Haus vorab per Mail als PDF zu senden, da es doch einige Infos enthielt, die wir im Vorfeld nicht hatten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir kommen gerne mal wieder
Wir waren zu 4. (Eltern,Kind und Opa) für eine Woche da und im großen und ganzen haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Zum Ferienhaus an sich kann ich eigentlich nichts bemängeln. Wir waren schon öfters in Ferienhäusern daher kann ich einiges positives entnehmen z.B. die gute Küchenausstattungen es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, genügend stauraum war auch vorhanden egal ob in der Küchen im Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer.
Das es noch die möglichkeit gab auf dem Dachboden zu spielen mit Kind fand ich auch super. Opa und Kind haben zusammen in einem Zimmer geschlafen und das war auch überhaupt kein problem jeder hatte trotzdem so sein bereich.
Schön war auch der kleine bereich draußen nur schade mit dem Wetter hat das nicht so gepasst. Opa,Papa und Kind waren auch einmal mit den Fahrräder die dort zur verfügung stehen unterwegs leider war das Kinderfahrrad nicht so ganz in schuss, aber fahrbereit war es.
Nun zur Lage:
Es gibt ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Eiscafe, Restaurants und Museum ( Das 2 Sieele Museum war echt klasse gemacht auch für Kinder)
Zum Strand ist es zwar ein nicht so schneller weg, aber dennoch schöner weg da man an verschiedenen "Gärten" vorbei geht.
Es war auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so schön war ein schöner Urlaub.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Friesenjung sehr wohl gefühlt mit der ganzen Familie. Alles ist gepflegt und ordentlich. Der Weg zum Dorfzentrum war kurz und zum Strand etwa 30 Minuten mit Kindern zufuß. Ein angenehmer Weg. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht mit 2 Kindern. Sogar ein Bollerwagen und Fahrräder. Es gibt auch einen Hochstuhl. Die Internetverbindung ist rudimentär. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Urlaubsaufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage zum Strand und zum nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmarkt.
Leider kann man nicht herauslesen, das diese Ferienwohnung für eine Familie(2 Erwachsene mit max. 3 Kindern) geeignet ist! Für 3 Erwachsene Personen oder mehr, ist diese Unterkunft nicht geeignet! leider kann man nämlich nicht herauslesen, das es sich hier um ein Elternschlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer handelt! Wobei das Kinderzimmer 2 Einzelbetten hat, die max.!! 1,70m lang sind! Und das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist auch keine 2,00m lang!
Ansonsten kommt man mit den Auto sehr gut zu den nächstgelegenen Häfen und Fähren!

Beautiful summer holiday
We felt very comfortable during our 10 days in the holiday home. There is everything you need for a pleasant holiday, be it a very well-equipped kitchen, enough cupboards, barbecue, bicycles, handcart, etc.. Our children were very happy about the playroom under the roof and the existing swing.
A supermarket with bakery, ice cream parlour and restaurants are within walking distance.
The way to the beach is a bit longer on foot, but easy to reach with a trolley and on a nicely laid out path
We would like to come back again.
