With a wide view of the glacial valley of the Ucker, you can enjoy the vegetable and flower garden as well as the playground. There are numerous fruit trees on the property. The garden has been maintained close to nature and offers various sun and shade spots. You can barbecue, a table tennis table is also located on the property. Bicycles and boats can be rented from rental companies in the area. For beginners and advanced riders there are many possibilities in neighbouring villages. In the heart of the Uckermark near Seehausen between the lakes Obersee and Uckersee, you can enjoy the vastness of the gently rolling landscape, the numerous clean bathing lakes and magnificent sunsets. Swimming and sunbathing, sailing, paddling and surfing are special summer experiences at the idyllic Ucker lakes. The good condition of the roads makes very nice bicycle tours and inline skating possible. Local produce (vegetables, eggs, poultry and sausage) and even good wine are available from local producers and traders in the neighbouring villages. The old village churches and their cemeteries invite you to linger.
You can easily reach the very quietly situated property both by car via the A 11 (exit Granzow) and by train (station Seehausen).
