Comfortable holiday home, almost completely renovated in 2020, privately located in Bad Saarow. It is only a 3-minute walk from the front door to the Scharmützelsee
Modern and comfortably furnished, the FH offers you an ideal holiday destination to explore the largest lake in Brandenburg and its beautiful surroundings! The house in detail:
Detached EFH (living area approx. 70 m² consists of a friendly living room (south side), a kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and 2 bedrooms (1 room with double bed 1.8 x 1.9m / 1 room with a single bed) as well as the bathroom with WC and shower. A veranda, which can be used very nicely for sitting / eating, completes the house.
Further features of the house are underfloor heating in the bathroom, SAT-TV in the living room as well as in the bedrooms; clock radios at the beds; in the living room there is a radio with Blue Ray/DVD player, a small chess computer, a game collection; the existing (old) bicycles and the charcoal grill in the shed can be used if needed
Internet use / WLAN possible.
Outdoor area:
At the living room there is a sunny terrace facing south (furniture available on the terrace).
A free parking space is available at the house (there is also room for a 2nd car).
The lake is only a few metres away.

Location and surroundings of object
Bad Saarow with its flair will inspire you. The harbour and a restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Various other restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. The main pier of the shipping company is about 1000m away.
There are plenty of shopping facilities in the village. The very good infrastructure of the village will leave hardly any holiday wishes unfulfilled.
The holiday home is an ideal starting point to explore Bad Saarow, the Scharmützelsee with its beautiful nature.
It is also only 35 km to the outskirts of Berlin by road.
Last but not least, the Saarow thermal baths are worth a visit in any weather.

Holiday cottage at the carpenter
you can only say about this holiday home, simply TOP!! Best equipment, you feel like at HOME; everything perfectly clean, great communication in advance with the landlord, very nice and quiet location, we will definitely come back.

Super equipped, pure relaxation
The holiday home is exceptionally well equipped. The view from the terrace is unique. We had a wonderful and relaxing time there. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach.
The handling (arrival/departure) was super organized and very uncomplicated.
We will definitely come back.
