Popular for it’s fabulous beaches and offer of summer entertainment, Lopar is one of island’s best regions for a family holiday. West coast of Lopar along with the “Paradise” beach near “San Marino ” camping resort offer a big choice of sports and other summer activities.
House Lopar IV has air-conditioned apartments with sea view balconies and a very large cultivated garden with furniture, barbecue equipment. Apartments are also equipped with wi-fi access and pets are accepted.
Within 5 minutes walking from the house you’ll find a choice of local Croatian food restaurants, boat piers, a grocery store. Nudist beaches of Lopar like “Ciganka” are also within walking distance from house Lopar IV.

Dreamlike - highly recommended
We spent two weeks here for the first time in 2017. Since then, no other alternative has come into question. Very friendly landlords, nice and clean flat with good facilities, sea view, clear water, clean beach....
Especially the beach - there were often no people here at all or at most only 3 families apart from us. We come from Berlin - so we really appreciate the peace and quiet here. Highly recommended for all those who want to switch off from everyday stress and city life!!!
The house is about 50-70 m from the beach. We did not measure the WLAN speed - it was enough for youtube and Skype.
Large kitchen with air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, etc..
Washing machine in the WC room.
Nice terrace....

Die schönste Zeit des Jahres
Saubere Ferienwohnung, leider jedoch sehr schlecht aufgeteilt. Um in die Küche zu gelangen muss man immer durch den Flur...zu dem auch der Eigentümer, der dabei wohnt, Zugang hat. Dadurch fühlte ich mich in der Privatsphäre doch etwas gestört. Wlan gibt es nur in der Küche. So saßen wir also immer nach dem Frühstück auf den unbequemen Stühlen und recherchierten was wir am jeweiligen Tag unternehmen wollen.
Eine Couch in der Ferienwohnung gibt es nicht...einen Fernseher auch nicht. Abendliches Beisammensein gestaltet sich also auch als sehr schwierig.
Auf Nachfrage bezüglich Wlan wurde es mit "nix verstehen" abgetan.
Hunde sind erlaubt, jedoch gibt es nur einen kleinen Hof und nichts in der Nähe wo man einen Spaziergang machen könnte. Auf haben die Besitzer etwas Angst was auch das freie laufen im Hof beeinträchtigte.
Strand liegt etwas die Strase runter. Allerdings sehr schlecht zugänglich und da ihn niemand nutzt natürlich auch voller Seeigel.
Wir sind nach einer Woche in eine neue Ferienwohnung gezogen. Die schönste Zeit des Jahres wollte ich anderweitig genießen...

Wonderful holiday
We had a super pleasant stay. We were greeted very nicely and shown the whole flat at the beginning. Everything was in top condition. The apartment is absolutely recommendable (also very suitable with a dog!). A few metres away is the beach, which is a mixture of stone and velvet beach - the perfect mixture for us. The whole environment was also perfect, very quiet and yet everything within easy reach by car
In Lopar, about 3km, there is also a sandy beach and it is especially suitable for families as it offers the full range
All in all: tenant top, flat top, location top :-)

Nice landlords were always ready to help.
It was especially important for us to have a private atmosphere: - The landlords live in the basement but cannot be heard and the door to the landlord is lockable.
- The beautiful beach was often empty.
- For a change we went to the town of Rab. Not far away by car - there is a nice park. Highly recommended.
Alternatively, you can go to Lopar - the beach there is crowded and the water not so clean because of sand....
