Upon entering this comfortable holiday home you will be welcomed directly from the spacious living / dining area with fireplace. The offer on the ground floor is complemented by a double room, an attractive bathroom with shower as well as the enormously large, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2, fireplace and direct connection to the barbecue terrace. In the upper area of this holiday home there are two double and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small sun terrace. Additional comfort is provided by air conditioning in all five bedrooms, which is controlled by a timer.
The huge swimming pool (depth 1 - m) with comfortable staircase access, which is integrated into the extensive green areas, occupies a place of honour in the outdoor area of this holiday home. Visitors are fascinated by the endless view from the adjoining terrace. Outdoor meals taste particularly good on the rustic barbecue terrace. A further seating area invites you to linger here. On the other side of this holiday home there is an additional retreat shaded by an old olive tree. Those who have the necessary energy can compete in a table tennis game (please don't forget your racket and balls).

The historic town of Pollensa is located in the north of Mallorca, about 1 hour's drive from Palma de Mallorca. This two-storey holiday home offers a fantastic panoramic view over the open countryside to the bay of Pollensa and the spectacular Formentor peninsula in the distance. Despite the rural remoteness, the well-kept property is characterized by the proximity to many excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity and the good accessibility of the surrounding sandy beaches in the northern part of Mallorca. The lively coastal town of Puerto Pollensa lies directly on the long bay. Alcudia and Pollensa attract visitors to their historic centres.
