Detached holiday home in a beautiful panoramic location on the Montgo, the local mountain of Denia, with a spacious terrace on which the large, private pool is located, in which you can swim all year round. The retractable pool cover allows warmer water temperatures to be reached, and the pool can be covered with a tarpaulin to maintain the water temperature.
From the property and also the house itself, you can enjoy the impressive panoramic view of Denia and the entire bay.
The 95 sqm house is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with fireplace, SAT-TV and exit to the pool. Open kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hob with oven, sink, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee pad machine and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine.
Furthermore, there is a beautifully designed conservatory with dining set and air conditioning. From here you have a view of the pool and the city as well as the sea. The conservatory can be opened by sliding doors and leads into the pool terrace with a comfortable seating set which can be shaded by an awning. Next to the seating area is a barbecue house with a gas barbecue and sink, which is a great place for al fresco dining. Next to the barbecue house, there is a shower to cool off in between meals.
Internet access via WLAN is available for free use.
On request, the gas central heating is available against payment of the consumption costs.
Two bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and double bed (mattress size 1.60 x 2 metres and 1.80 x 2 metres), one bedroom has its own bathroom en suite with shower and toilet, another bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor of the house.
Accessible via an interior staircase is a gallery with a cosy sofa bed with SAT-TV and its own adjoining terrace with a beautiful sea view.
The house's private pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. Four sun loungers and a hammock invite you to relax on the poolside terraces.
There is a large parking space for your car and a garage within the enclosed property
The property has an area of 938 sqm. You are allowed to bring your own dog.
The distance to Denia is about 3 km, to the sea 3,5 km, shopping facilities are about 2,5 km away, bars and restaurants are about 2 km away.
