The Paula House is for sole use and has been rented out for the first time since July 2017
The house has three bedrooms on the first floor of the house, all of them are equipped with double beds and air-conditioned. All three bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a washing machine is available. One bathroom is on the ground floor, the other two en suite to the bedrooms.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The sofa bed in the living room can be pulled out for two children if necessary
SAT-TV, WLAN, parking place, barbecue area with garden furniture and deckchairs are at our guests' disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home was built on a 300 m² plot. In the rear part of the plot is the large pool of 38m2 (sunbathing area and the low part for children measures 2x3 meters the rest of the pool 4x8 meters). and the terrace including barbecue and garden furniture
The property is not yet fenced, but offers great privacy around the pool and comfort. In 10 minutes by car you are quickly in the city of Porec.
During the summer months you can relax and recuperate in the 38m2 pool. Deck chairs and an outdoor shower are of course available.

Ein Traum wird wahr!!!
Wir haben das Haus kurzfristig gebucht. Dort angekommen wurden wir von der Hausbesitzerin sehr herzlich empfangen!!!
Die Hausbesitzerin wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr bemüht alle Wünsche von den Augen zu lesen. Sie gibt sehr viele Tipps und Anregungen und ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch aber auch deutsch kann sie gut verstehen.
Da Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, es ist sehr still hier, für uns ein Traum. Morgens wird man von schönem Vogelgesang geweckt und nicht vom Autolärm.
Der Pool ist hinter dem Haus. Man kann ihn von der Straße aus nicht sehen und ringsherum ist das Grundstück von einem Wald umgeben. Der Pool ist ab 11 Uhr morgens in der Sonne - kann, durch den Besitzer wärmer gestellt werden, was aber nicht nötig ist. Der Pool hat einen Kinderbereich dabei, in dem sogar Kleinkinder - unter Aufsicht - toll planschen können. Nachts ist der Pool beleuchtet.
Im Garten ist ein Teil komplett überdacht in der mann auch bei Regen gut sitzen kann - Grillbereich inbegriffen - sehr schön am Abend.
Die Ortschaft liegt sehr Zentral und die Aktivitäten/ Sehenswürdigkeit sind in kürzester Zeit, in alle Himmelsrichtungen, zu erreichen. Eine riesige Einkaufsmeile ist in 6 min erreichbar in der alles gekauft werden kann, was das Herz begehrt.
Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, was aber nicht weiter stört und sehr schnell erreicht ist. An der ganzen Bucht entlang kann toll gebadet werden. Auch Hundestrände sind viele vorhanden.
Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, von der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Uns hat es hier an gar nichts gefehlt.
Der Fernseher hat Internet - in Kroatisch gibts alle möglichen Sender.
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit Moskitonetzen, so das die Biester keine Chance haben. In jedem Raum ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Vor allem sehr gut zum schlafen.
Wir waren hier sehr gerne - es wird ein weiterer Besuch der Villa Paula folgen!!!
