The Holiday home

rent a modern holiday home with sea view. The property is located in 2nd sea line and is only 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach and coves. The holiday home has a well-kept garden with palms, Strelizien and a multiplicity of other beautiful plants. A 10x5 m pool with outdoor shower invites you to cool off and the 6 sun loungers for relaxation. On the covered terrace with sea view there is lounge furniture with chill out corner. A large dining table for up to 8 people and a charcoal grill round off the feeling of well-being. Electric sun blinds are also available on the terrace.

This holiday home with 250qm has a total of 4 bedrooms, distributed on 2 levels. On the ground floor there are 2 large, modern bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is available en suite. The spacious living room is bright and has several large sliding doors. From here it goes to the terrace with the adjacent pool. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with seating and private access to the garden.

A white marble staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 more bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and access to a large terrace with stunning sea views. Furthermore, the property has air conditioning, WIFI, satellite TV, electric blinds, fireplace with cassette, washing machine, dryer, safe, 4 beach chairs and more.
A comfortable extra bed is available for a 9th person.

Location and surroundings of object

The beach can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Access to the beach can be from one of the bays or from the 6 km long sandy beach. During the course of this you can follow it uninterruptedly up to the beach promenade of La Barrosa in Chiclana or at low tide take a walk below the steep coast with its various bays. An equally beautiful walk can be taken above the cliffs to the lighthouse and the fishing port below. There are 2 restaurants in the harbour. Here the incoming and outgoing fishing boats can be observed. If you get up early, you can also buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boat in the harbour and then invite them to a barbecue at home.

Please remember that Roche will be "very busy" from 15 July and in August and will be much quieter in the other months. The low season is especially inviting for chilling out, excursions and golf. In addition to visiting various white villages, you can also visit a sherry factory, the riding school in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz as the oldest city in Europe, great beaches like the Hippie beaches in Caños de Mecca, Cap Trafalgar, nature and climbing parks and various chill out bars. As far as culinary well-being is concerned, there are a multitude of great restaurants in and around Roche, as well as various beach bars that invite you to linger. Just ask us and we will try to give you the best tips.
