Our family-friendly holiday flat is located in the Thuringian Forest at the foot of the Rennsteig!
The comfortably furnished flat has a living area of 75m² and offers space for 2 to 5 people.

Our holiday flat is located approx. 5 km below the Rennsteig, surrounded by 7 valleys and 2 dams. From here you can explore countless hiking destinations: such as Schmalwassertalsperre, Alte Gothaer Talsperre, Falkenstein-Thuringia's largest climbing rock, animal enclosure, primeval dinosaur discovery site and dinosaur trail, Spitterfall, mountain lake Ebertswiese, Viba Nougat-Welt, various castles, etc.
Excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity are Oberhof, Erfurt, Weimar, Eisenach, etc.

We liked the flat very much, but one negative point was the lack of darkening in the bedrooms.
The blinds were not dark enough so that it was so bright from 6 o'clock in the morning that we had to wake up.
Another point that bothered us was that the landlord asked us several times during our stay if we could pay the bill.
We felt pressured by this and wondered if we looked like we couldn't pay our bill.
If paying the bill in advance is so important, I would suggest an advance payment at the time of booking confirmation.
