Location and surroundings of object
The house Michele is situated in a peaceful secluded location in the countryside, away from the traffic, 2 km below Roccatederighi, a small medieval village. A place for nature lovers where you can meet a deer, a fox or a porcupine. Large plot surrounded by olive trees, meadows and forest. It is partially fenced, towards the front to the private road with gate. Enchanting views from Roccatederighi on a rock and from the surrounding hills, on a clear day you can see the sea in the distance.
In the village you will find shops of all kinds, bank, post office, pizzeria - restaurants with garden terrace. The nearest sandy beaches are in Follonica + Castiglione della Pescaia, between 30 + 40 km away. To the bathing lake Accesa it is 20 km, to the river Farma 22 km. Nearby, at Roselle the Etruscan and Roman excavations. The beautiful, culturally rich places: Massa Marittima, Siena, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Rome can be easily reached by car or train.

Super holiday at Casa Michele
The house was clean and well maintained. The location was wonderful. Our dog felt very comfortable on the large grounds and so did we two-legged friends. We thank our very nice landlord and Mr Schulze for the good care. The holiday was perfect.
