Why the house? It is very lovely situated, tastefully furnished, offers a lot of space and from the roof terrace you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view to Fóia - Serra de Monchique, the highest mountain in the hinterland and to the sea.
Technically the holiday home is optimally equipped: SAT-TV, DVD player with numerous DVDs, air conditioning/heating system, dishwasher, as well as all kinds of small kitchen appliances; 2 bathrooms with one-hand mixing levers and Swedish oven. Nevertheless we offer a top price-performance ratio, so that our guests go home satisfied and become regular guests!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the Quinta Do Rosal Resort and therefore in one of the most beautiful, greenest and quietest areas of the Carvoeiro area.
The house is situated at the highest point in the resort and therefore has a beautiful view and a very pleasant location. You will enjoy all the amenities of the resort and the Vale del Rei with fitness, sauna, wellness and Co;-)
Various beaches are easily accessible in 5 to 10 minutes by car or 15 to 20 minutes by bike (approx. 4 km). There is a restaurant in the complex and another one in Vale del Rei, 2 minutes walk away. So there is nothing in the way of a glass of wine or beer and afterwards a cocktail :-)

If you know the resort, you should know that although the house is located in Quinta Do Rosal
and thus offers all the facilities of the beautiful resort, but has a completely different standard than the "Town Houses". You will also find additional services with us:
