The Holiday home

The exterior area of this beautiful townhouse will provide you with an unforgettable vacation. It boasts a wonderful sal water pool -sizing 5.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.2 metres-. The pool is surrounded by a stone paved area where you can sunbathe on the 5 sunloungers or enjoy a reading and a drink at the exterior sitting area. Then, you'll find the Majorcan style porch where you'll barbecue delicious vegetables and meats that you can enjoy at the terrace, alfresco. Outside you'll also find an exterior toilet.

When entering from the street, you'll be welcomed by an impressive hall that also suits as dining area. From here you will find the access to the different rooms like the beautiful living area -with AC-, where you can watch the Smart-TV. The door to the pool and terrace is here as well as the access to the main dining room. Next, you have the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob, outside access and the laundry facilities (washing machine, iron and ironing board). There are two bedrooms with a double bed each on this floor, one of them with a wardrobe and the other with an en-suite shower bathroom and a walk-in closet. This bathroom is also accessible from outside the bedroom, serving also the rest of the floor. When going upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom with a shower and a bath, and the last bedroom offering a double bed an a wardrobe. A baby cot and a high-chair complete the equipment in the house.

This house features the perfect location if you enjoy staying in the town centre of Llucmajor, in this case. The town offers all needed services for an independent stay like bars and restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. The nearest beach is the one of s'Arenal about 13.7 km and the golf course of Son Gual is just 20.8 km away.
