Our spacious holiday home Casa Souleiado is situated above the village of Ginetes with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Generously designed for 4 persons, 1 family, 2 married couples or friends, it offers enough space on generous 100 sqm.
2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom with flush shower, 1 extra toilet, 1 large living room with integrated dining area and open kitchen, hallway with wardrobe, and a utility room with washing machine.
In the very well equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to be able to feed yourself. If you are missing something, talk to me, I will be happy to help.
The holiday home is on a large plot of land, you have approx. 2000 sqm for sole use.
In the garden you will find a wooden garden cottage where you can eat and/or relax in a sheltered place, always with a view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The large terrace awaits you right next door, eat or relax under the palm tree, enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and let your soul dangle.
You would like to enjoy your holiday in Casa Souleiado in the cooler season, no problem, a firewood stove spreads pleasant warmth, the firewood lilies free of charge for you, an infrared heating gives pleasant warmth, and you can warm the bathroom with an electric heater. Nobody has to freeze in my f. House.
You park your rental car directly at the house, but invisibly, since my carport has grown in beautifully over the years, like the entire property.
Bouganvillen, oleander, hibiscus, man-high poinsettias, palm trees, hydrangeas, all lovingly planted and cared for.
WLAN free of charge is a matter of course.

Location and surroundings of object
You will find our house in the western part of the island of Sao Miguel, above the village of Ginetes.
Ginetes has preserved its village character, traditional festivals still take place here, guests are always welcome, experience how the Azoreans celebrate and get to know the charm of the festivities.
About 10 minutes by car you will find in Ginetes the famous Ferraria on the island, a "hot swimming pool" in the lava rock. A very special kind of relaxation and bathing experience. You almost feel reminded of a Moonland sheep, the Ferraria has something magical for me.
Drive in about 12 minutes to Sete Cidades, where the blue and green lake, the view "Vista do Rei", fantastic views on a crater walk are guaranteed, explore different lakes in the area, away from tourism, enjoy the silence, even in high season.

A fantastic month in Paradise
Loved this holiday home in the hills of Ginetes. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
