The detached holiday home for sole use with private pool is located in the residential area Buena Vista in the coastal area of Benissa, between Moraira and Calpe. on an enclosed private plot with covered private parking and roof terrace. The private pool is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry and exit. Four sun loungers, a seating area and a parasol are provided on the pool terrace. There is also a brick outdoor shower and a barbecue grill. The nearest beach is about 2 km away. The beaches of Calpe and Moraira (5 and 6 km respectively) as well as a golf course can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

Big house, clean and with many details.
Large house, clean and with many details, is one of the few rental houses where I had everything (kitchen utensils ...), everything very clean, with two rooms, one for dining and one for resting, no details were missing.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles, beach holiday, romantic holiday
