The Holiday home

The garden of this extraordinary country house always leaves our guests speechless. A large extension of lawn surrounds a beautiful private chlorine pool, which sizes 12 x 5 m and has a depth of between 0.6 and 1.9 m. Imagine having a swim, while contemplating the stunning panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, after sunbathing on the 6 sun beds. At midday, you can also prepare a barbecue, outdoors, and savor it under any of the porches. And, to throw the afternoon, do not stop entertaining yourself with a game of ping-pong. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors.

The construction radiates beauty thanks to its simplicity and pure modernity in its indoors. On the main floor, there is a nice living room, where watching the satellite TV, chatting or reading a book calmly. This room extends itself towards a dining area and to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic stove, a bar with stools and a second dining room. The laundry, independent, has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.There are four bedrooms with wardrobe or dressing room and terrace or garden exit. One of these is located on this floor and has a double bed. The other ones are upstairs and have two twin beds in each. Moreover, one of these rooms also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one with shower downstairs and the other with bathtub upstairs. If you travel with a baby, we will prepare you a cot and a highchair. The house is climatized with ducted air conditioning and gas central heating.

Bunyola is a familiar and peaceful village, interior, where there are some supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Due to the fact that it is located near to the Sierra de Tramuntana, it is ideal for excursions or just discovering the picturesque villages of Valldemossa, Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Sóller, Puerto de Sóller, or just beautiful coves and beaches as, for instance, Llucalcari, Port des Canonge or Puerto de Sóller, among others. However, the nearest beach is Palma, about 9 km. If you visit it, you can take advantage of it to get to know its old town, a wonder!

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
