Enjoy some time out in this 3-room apartment, newly completed in 2019, with a fantastic sea view and close to the dyke. The non-smoking flat is designed for a total of 4 people, dogs are welcome (one dog allowed).
The wremer-loft has two spacious bedrooms and an open kitchen and living area. The DTV-classified loft is high-quality, modern and fully furnished.

Location and surroundings of object
The tranquil North Sea resort of Wremen is located directly on the Wurster North Sea coast in the Wadden Sea Nature Park. You can reach Wremen via the A27 motorway or directly by train.
Hardly any other North Sea resort is as close to the dyke as Wremen. Our loft is located directly behind the dyke on the outskirts of Wremen in the architecturally outstanding Wremerbogen, from here it is only a few minutes to the green beach or the Sielhafen. Here you will find active crab cutters, the culinary Siebhaus (the best crab roll in Germany - say the "travel reporters"...) and of course the landmark of Wremen - the little Prussian.
Are you looking for action? No problem, Wremen is still an insider tip for surfing. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 20 km) you will find attractions that are unique in Germany, such as the Klimahaus, the Auswandererhaus and the overseas ports in Bremerhaven. From Cuxhaven you can explore the island of Neuwerk (super mudflat hike or horse-drawn carriage ride) or take a day trip to the deep-sea island of Helgoland with the Harlunder Jet
In Wremen itself, you can use an agility/jagility course with your dog (if available) right outside the front door. Dogs are allowed to be walked on the dike (don't forget a leash), there is now also a separate dog beach and there are no visitor's tax charges for fur noses in Wremen

Der Ersatz für den Mietausfall beträgt: Bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10% des Mietpreises, mindestens jedoch Euro 80,-. 44 - 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn 25% des Mietpreises; 29 - 08 Tage vor Mietbeginn 60% des Mietpreises; 07 – 0 Tage vor Mietbeginn 100% des Mietpreises. Kann das Mietobjekt weitervermietet werden, so werden dem Mieter in jedem Fall die Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10% des Mietpreises, mindestens jedoch Euro 80,- berechnet.
