Description
Hidden in a beautiful 10 hectares forest, with a playing field of about one hectare, you will find this luxurious group accommodation with panoramic view. Peace, space and privacy will complete your stay. Natural parks such as De Leemputten and the German Zwillbrocher Venn (the Zwillbrocker Venn is mainly famous for its nesting flamingos) less than a kilometer away make this the ideal home base for hiking and cycling tours.

This group accommodation offers space for groups up to 18 people, and is located in Eibergen, near the German border. The large living and dining rooms are cozily decorated. The spacious kitchen is supplied with all amenities (see kitchen facilities). The home lies completely on the ground floor and it has nine bedrooms, all with boxspring beds. All bedrooms feature a private sanitary room with toilet and shower. One wheelchair accessible bathroom is available. Both the accommodation and the grounds are wheelchair accessible.

The rural surroundings are popular with hikers and cycling lovers, but the direct vicinity also offers a lot of possibilities for trips or activities: natural beaches, swimming pools, pitch & put golf in Groenlo, beer tasting at the Grolsch Brouwhys De Lange Gang in Groenlo, go for a boat trip on Groenlo's canals, wine tasting at vineyard Schepershof in Groenlo, children's play paradise Megapret in Lievelde, experience park Hof van Eckberge in Eibergen, the largest maze in The Netherlands in Ruurlo, climbing forest Achterhoek in Ruurlo, amusement park Waarbeek in Hengelo, among other things. You can go shopping, to the cinema or the theater in Winterswijk, only 15 minutes away, and a 30 minute car ride will bring you to Enschede or Doetinchem.

We each had our own room with a bathroom. You won't find this quickly. The price is also reasonable.
The layout of the kitchen couldn't be better: everything is double: 2x fridge, 2x sink, 2x dishwasher.
Everything was abundantly present. You can sit comfortably.
For us, it was perfect.

We were completely free so we didn't have to consider anyone. Also lots of space for 17 people. We weren't on top of each other.
Nice that the kitchen was designed for large groups.
Lots of fun things to do in the area.
Really felt like a vacation even though we were only half an hour away from home.

A delightful and cozy house, with a very complete interior.
Especially the kitchen is practically furnished with ample refrigeration space, ovens, 2 dishwashers, dishes, and cutlery. Really very comfortable.
