Description
Self-sufficient holiday residence on Finca. In 2009 newly restored small country house with QM
The property is not visible from the outside and has beautiful trees (pines, oaks, cork oaks, etc.)
The guesthouse is divided into an entrance area, which merges into the open U-shaped kitchen with integrated dining area and living room. The bathroom with bathtub and shower and the two double bedrooms are connected to this. An allocation up to 4 persons is optimal, up to 5 persons is however possible, by a sleep sofa in the living room. Also available are German satellite television and Spanish television, as well as a small stereo system with CD/USB stick. A pool of 4x8 meters is also at your disposal. The pool is equipped with a falling floor, suitable for children. The pool is for use by guests and owners only.
There is also a second house where the owner lives.
Excursions: Take relaxing trips to Barcelona (50 minutes), follow in the footsteps of Gaudi and Dali, travel to the Pyrenees or the beautiful surrounding mountains, visit the local markets, reach the Costa Brava in 25 minutes with Lloret de Mar, Blanes or Tossa de Mar, Sant Feliu de Griuxols, Platja de Aro etc. and enjoy the day on the beach in jubilation and hustle and bustle and then return in the evening in the relaxing silence of the finca home.
Pets are welcome by arrangement. Own dear dog also lives there. The area is fenced in with a wild electric fence!

Location and surroundings of object
Holiday and recreation are guaranteed here. Due to the exposed location of the finca there is absolute peace here. The ideal place for stressed and rushed people. Arrive, come down and switch off, From this vacation you come back guaranteed recovered. The Finca works completely self-sufficient and sustainable. The electricity is generated by a solar system, the water comes in drinking water quality from a depth of 60 metres, the waste water is purified on site and returned to nature. There are no supply inlets and outlets. Hardly any background noise, except for the natural sounds of the forest.
The CO² balance of this property tends towards NULL.
Only the central heating and hot water preparation still use fossil fuels. The energy efficiency is 4kwh/m²*a and the CO2 balance is 0!

We were two people with 2 dogs and motorcycles in the house and felt very comfortable. The house is located in the middle of a large forest area, so you could immediately walk the dogs from the house. The terrace was our main place of residence and the garden was for the dogs, which is completely fenced. With motorcycles, you can explore the surrounding countryside and people; the Montseny mountain range near Barcelona, the coastal road near Tessa de Mar, or up to the beginning of the Pyrenees, everything is reachable for a 4-5 hour round trip. The pool is a welcome refreshment afterwards. Depending on the location, it takes 30-50 minutes to get to the beaches of the Costa Brava. Shopping is readily available in the immediate area. The house itself is functionally equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and bed linen can be rented. The landlords live in the house right next door, are always available and help immediately if necessary. We had relaxed days and can recommend the house at any time. The journey definitely requires a car as it is located a bit outside; the last kilometer leads over an unpaved forest road to the house.

Great accommodation in a very quiet location
The accommodation is located in a small wooded area at Santa Coloma Residencial in the province of Girona
It is absolutely necessary to travel here by car. Girona is about 20 minutes away by car and Tossa de Mar, Blanes or Lloret de Mar (and the beaches) are about 30 minutes away by car (possibly a little more in the high season or at weekends).
Barcelona can be reached easily in about an hour by train from the neighbouring village of Sils.
Shopping facilities are available in nearby Santa Coloma de Farners
There are two small houses on the property. One is occupied by the owners themselves and the other is the rental property
There is a large pool (8x4 m) for the exclusive use of the guests
We are a family of one, with two children (9 and 7 years) and enjoyed our stay (2 weeks in August) in this accommodation very much. The pool in particular was an absolute highlight of this accommodation
Our children had a great time playing in the large outdoor area. A large trampoline and a table tennis table were also available
The accommodation itself is an older country house with absolutely functional furnishings, which offers enough space for up to 5 people with a living area of 80 sqm
The owners (a married couple with two children) live in the house next door and can therefore be reached quickly at any time. They are very nice, obliging and helpful
We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend this accommodation
Especially for those who appreciate nature and tranquillity and for whom the journey times of approx. 30 minutes to the beaches are not too far, this is absolutely the right place.

Relaxation far away from the stress of everyday life
Our 2 weeks have flown by. We had a great stay and can't complain about anything. The landlords are very helpful and obliging, the equipment in the house is excellent. The finca is also very suitable for dogs, there is plenty of room to run around. Thank you for a relaxing holiday, we will be happy to come back!

Simply great
Pure relaxation and nature, we had a great stay. A lovingly furnished rustic finca. We didn't miss anything in terms of equipment in the house. Natur und Erholung pur ☺️
Es ist einfach ein pures Naturerlebnis, voller Ruhe und Entspannung. Für all die gerne mal aus ihrem Alltag entfliehen möchten, ist dies der richtige Ort. Trotzdem kommt man schnell in die verschiedenen Orte mit allem was dazu gehört- Strand-Café-City. Nach Barcelona gerade mal 80 km und zum Strand 18 km. Die Gastgeberin ist ein Herz von Mensch und von daher fahren wir mit Sicherheit nochmal dorthin.
Unsere Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt ?

Very dear hosts
Those who want to escape the stress of everyday life are very well taken care of here. Pure nature is the order of the day here.
You can get fresh spring water to drink and cook with.
The sea breeze combined with the forest air is very soothing for everyone.
The house is very well equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, 4-burner gas stove, plenty of dishes, grill, and free WiFi.
The hosts took us on a tour of their plantation. It used to be a former vineyard, so it was very interesting for us to see how to live self-sufficiently (solar power and spring water).
We were accommodated in the guest house with five of us.
My 2 children (13 and 15) thoroughly enjoyed the pool.
Shopping is available by car within 5-10 minutes (Lidl and Mecadona).
There are beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike trails around the property. According to the hosts, you are not far from the ski area.
The guest house should also be very interesting for motorcyclists, as there is enough space for motorcycles and you are among yourselves.
You can get tips on markets and castle visits from the friendly hosts.
With my Netflix account, I was able to log in to the television.
The children were able to connect their Nintendo Switch via the HDMI cable.
Since there is a grill available, we prepared delicious meals.
Since the property is in the middle of the forest, we could move around freely and it was also possible to listen to music by the pool.
