Villa Diva is a newly built and very well organized accommodation where you will have all that a modern quest needs for a perfect and relaxed holiday. Fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, the stylish and comfortable interior is organized on 3 levels connected with an internal staircase.
* The outdoor area offers a private and heated pool 9m x4,5m with open sea views, surrounded by olive trees. There is a sun deck area with 12 deck chairs (not overlooked), a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, and a spacious dining area. Next to the pool area is a grass plot and a corner for your youngest with a slide and some toys. The parking lot on the private property for 5 cars is secured.
*A Second floor offers a beautiful and charming loft (attic) with a fully equipped kitchen (4th), dining and living area with TV, A/C, a terrace with amazing and opened sea views; a Bedroom No1 with King size bed 180cmx200cm, and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Bedroom No2 with King size bed 180cmx200cm, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
* The first floor offers a spacious living and dining area with glass walls and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with all needed amenities, TV, A/C, exit to 2nd covered terrace. A separate toilet; a Bedroom No3 with King size bed 180cmx 200cm, a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower next door. Bedroom No4 with King size bed 180cmx200cm, en-suite Bathroom with shower
All are furnished with high quality, carefully chosen materials, and well organized.
* Indoor ground floor level offers a spacious living and dining area with glass walls and sea views, fully equipped kitchen with all needed amenities, TV, A/C, exit to the covered terrace from where few steps down take you to the pool area. A separate toilet, Bedroom No5 with Queen size Bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom No6 with King size bed 180cm x 200cm; Bedroom No 7 with two single beds 90cm*200cm, and a terrace with sea views; a Bathroom with shower in the hallway between these two bedrooms.
* Lower ground floor offers a fun zone: a Pool table, Tennis table, fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a TV and A/C; next to it is a Media room with a larger TV, PS4, treadmill, sofas, and A/C. This level also has a sauna room and two showers; a separate toilet and a laundry. Few steps up take you to the pool level, or with an internal staircase to the living room area.

Between famous town Split (8 km to center) and small-town Omiš and Cetina river (15 km) where besides nature’s abundance, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly host, you can also experience a well organized active holiday.
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (30 km), seaport (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8 km), and the motorway (18 km), golf and tennis courts only 4km far from the villa.
