The Holiday flat

Ošlje is small and quiet place near Dubrovnik, which will give you everything you need during your vacation - quiet, at the same time plenty of sun and shade in the yard, 100% privacy and fresh air of the village! Ošlje is a Dalmatian village in the Dubrovnik littoral which is only a ten-minute drive away from the sea and the beach.

Our small Dalmatian house is located on a quiet destination that reveals travelers to 45 minutes drive from Dubrovnik, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and olive trees, called Ošlje.
The place is far enough away from the ditch crowd, yet close enough to the city.
The Dalmatian house of my family consists of two apartments.
Holiday home Ivona can accommodate two families or friends from a group of 10 people.
If you like our house, you can rent it for yourself, and you can also individual apartments as you like and how it suits you.
Holiday Holiday Ivona1 is freely available in a small place Ošlje guarantee for your best vacation in Croatia! Fresh air, silence, green fields, plenty of sunshine or shade (depending on your preference) combined will be the perfect place for meditation and daily forgetting of all your problems!
If you do not want to use the swimming pool send me an inquiry and you can book a shorter stay in our apartment.

The our house is also great for families with children because you have a children's playground.
In the house you have a baby cot and baby feeding chair, and we can also arrange baby strollers for your baby.
There is a laundry inside the house
The beach from the house is 5 km away.
The beach is very quiet, without much crowds.
Other beaches are about 7 km away and a little more crowds.

Holiday home Ivona guests freewheeling can enjoy the quiet atmosphere away from city crowds, meditate on comfortable deckchairs overlooking the green fields, and enjoy the local specialties such as homemade liqueurs from nuts, roses, Mrče, domestic vine and herb brandy, wine and domestic fruit and vegetables from eco garden outside the house.

There is a tarrace on the back of the apartment where there is a barbecue where you can enjoy the preparation of meals while in the shade of centuries-old trees you can enjoy the best wines of this region.

Communicate with your guests is always there, anytime I within 5 minutes answer your messages and questions. (Viber, Mesanger, WhatsUp)

additional information about rental price:

The rental price includes tourist tax, linen, towels, shampoos, hygiene items in the apartment.
Welcome drink, coffee, sugar, tea, water, juice, our homemade liqueur and a bottle of wine.
Our home-grown vegetables and fruits are included in the rental price.
The price includes use of air conditioning and wifi code is in the house.
The rental price includes the use of a washing machine with detergent in your laundry room.
The rental price includes parking.
The rental price includes cleaning for stays longer than 7 days.
For a stay of more than 7 days, guests receive one dinner from the host.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

I expect my guests to behave just as I - enjoy their property, have a barbecue, sunbathing, refreshing on the terrace in the shade, eating fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers ...) from the garden and tasting the best wines my family produces . Pets are allowed, smoking is permitted. Nothing unusual - just relax and enjoy ;-).
For guests we offer a warm welcome with a home-made liqueur of hams, walnuts or cherries, home-made brandy and barber, as well as traditional seashells.

Ošlje is a Dalmatian village in the Dubrovnik littoral where you can easily organize one-day excursions to the nearby Pelješac, Korčula, Mostar and Medjugorje.
We certainly recommend a tour of the beautiful Dubrovnik abounding with countless cultural and entertainment facilities.

Just 10 minutes by car from the town of Ston Oslje - it is the second largest walls in the world! In Ston you can experience history (Republic of Dubrovnik), excellent cuisine (. Seafood particularly famous Ston oysters), the beautiful sandy beach (the hidden ones are the best - it's my job to tell you;-)) and night entertainment (outdoor festivals and concerts)

Holiday home Ivona is about 15 minutes drive from the newly opened Aci Marine Slano.
Our goal is simple to take care of our guests during our stay in our home.
We can help you with restaurant reservations, trip recommendations, airport transportation, rent a car to rent a car to the best way to enjoy your trip.

My name is Ivona Dadić and I am a mother of four children.
I graduated from the Faculty of Tourism by profession and work in a hotel group of 5 hotels.
In my spare time, I like to work with guests and be available for 24 hours.
I try to fulfill my wish every guest they want and help them to organize excursions, visits to surrounding places in organization of everything they need, I am free to contact me.
My previous guests have felt like part of our family and have had a nice holiday in peace, quiet of the hustle and bustle. Today, the most important thing is that you have a parking space in front of the house as opposed to the city center where you have to get your car away from the apartment.
I offer our guests our home-made products as well as the opportunity to arrange a birthday, anniversary and be there for all they need.
I look forward to meeting new friends and I think I have made really good contacts with my guests so far.
