The Holiday home

This great villa is perfect if you are in search of peace and privacy, since the exterior area invites to relax thanks to the beautiful garden with a private salt pool that boats amazing views. The pool sizes 7 x 3 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.9 to 1.5 metres. I offers an area with 8 sun loungers around and a pretty chill out area. The porch is behind the house and it’s where you’ll enjoy the best breakfast. Finally we invite you to cook delicious barbecues for lunch or dinner in the wonderful annexed building that includes a great living-dining kitchen with a gas cooktop, a built-in barbecue, air-conditioning and a bathroom with a shower.

The two storey house welcomes you in the great living - dining room which is equipped with AC and a TV set. next you enter the Mallorcan kitchen that offers a gas cooktop and everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals here. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms with a closet still on this floor. One has twin beds and the other presents a double bed. On the first floor, you will find another bathroom with a shower and two more bedrooms with a double bed each. one of them has a closet and AC and the other offers a dresser. there are 3 fans, a baby cot and a high.chair available.

Sineu is 500 metres away and it’s a peaceful and charming town in the centre of Mallorca. It’s well known thanks to its traditional street market that takes place every Wednesday and thanks to the variety of restaurants, but especially the traditional Mallorcan restaurants called “cellers”. The beach of Can Picafort is about 22.7 km away and the nearest golf course, Son Gual, is 29.2 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
