Description
The cosy holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our Eben-Ezer guesthouse. It was completed in May 2019 and, in addition to its usual use as a holiday flat, also invites you to meet guests of our guesthouse.
The flat with a total size of 60 m² has a large bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen room with complete kitchen furniture and a washroom with shower and toilet. It can be used for a maximum of 5 persons.
On the south side you have access to the 40 m² roof terrace. It is equipped with garden furniture and offers an eastern and a western seating area.
The kitchen equipment includes: Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hotplate and oven.
Meals can also be provided in our dining room by arrangement and availability.

Location and surroundings of object
Blankenburg, the "blossom town at the Harz", is situated at the northern edge of the Harz and offers an ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and walks. On the south-eastern edge of the town stretches the Heidelberg, on the south side of which is our park-like property ( m²).
In this spacious, well-kept garden you will find our guest houses with the holiday flat. Numerous seating areas and sunbathing terraces invite you to meet and relax. The property is bordered by fences and hedges and has a children's playground and a sports field. To the south, a wide panorama opens up onto the mountain ranges of the northern Harz.

The state-recognised health resort of Blankenburg charges a visitor's tax of € 2.50 per person/night (children up to 5 years are exempt, 6-17 years: € 1.25). In return, you get the holiday ticket, which entitles you to discounts on admission and guided tours at various facilities in Blankenburg and its districts and free bus travel in the district of Harz. Exemption from visitor's tax and reductions for people with disabilities are possible!
