The Holiday home

Life in the heart of Conil, right in the middle of it and yet quiet.
In a small side street in the old town you will find our holiday home, Casa Vistalmar. Completely renovated with great attention to detail, Casa Vistalmar combines southern Spanish charm with modern comfort. From the large, private roof terrace there is a fantastic view over the white, Moorish houses towards the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The house is divided over two levels and welcomes its guests with an open, light-flooded design concept.

The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 single beds, which can be used as a large double bed (1.8m x 2m) or as 2 single beds. This includes a comfortable bathroom en suite. On the first floor there is an open, spacious living and kitchen area. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook with pleasure. The HD television in the living room also receives German programmes via satellite. On this floor there is also a second, spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.8m x 2m) and also a bathroom en suite. From here the stairs lead to the Castillete with washing machine and practical washbasin, with exit to the large roof terrace. The 45m2 roof terrace is equipped with a dining area, a comfortable lounge, an outdoor shower and a Weber ball grill. In January 2020 a shade-giving pergola will be installed

All rooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating function. The bathrooms are equipped with a towel dryer and floor heating (for the winter months). According to current standards, hot water is prepared using solar panels. Free Wlan is available in all rooms.

Your holiday home Casa Vistalmar in Calle Cruz, in the heart of Conil, offers you a quiet environment and yet the possibility to be in the middle of Andalusian life or on the beach in a few minutes.
Upon arrival, park your car in one of the nearby public parking lots. You will not need it any more for your stay in Conil. The lively old town with many restaurants, tapas bars and music is only a few minutes away
In the small supermercado just around the corner you will find everything for daily use. After a walk through the old town you will reach the Mercado de Abastos with freshly caught fish, meat and vegetables from the region. Cook in your comfortable kitchen and enjoy your meal on the roof terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Get a box of fish or churros at the Freiduría Zabola or enjoy a hearty breakfast at the charming Desayunería just around the corner.
The way to the lively beach Los Bateles with beach bars is about 10 minutes walk away. The beach Playa del Castilnovo is on the other side of the Rio Salado and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and an endless sandy beach.

additional information about rental price:

After receiving your booking request we will send you the complete documents by e-mail. Please transfer 25% of the rental price within one week to the indicated bank account. With this bank transfer the booking is final. The remaining amount plus 150 € deposit is due 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit of 150 € will be refunded within 1 week after departure and successful final acceptance. The prices include all additional costs

The times for check-in and check-out are subject to agreement with you. If you provide us with your arrival and departure times, we will try to arrange these times accordingly
In the high season (July / August) there is a minimum rental period of 7 days.
Shorter stays are also possible in the early or late season
During the winter months we are happy to offer you a special price for a rental period of 3 weeks or longer.
We do not rent to young groups of adults and groups of party tourists.
There are sufficient parking spaces available nearby, a separate parking space is not available.

We are at home in Zurich and in Conil.
When we discovered the small town of Conil by chance, we immediately lost our heart to this beautiful place. White houses, narrow streets, warm people, directly on the Atlantic Ocean with an endless beach.
And then this light! The Costa de la Luz really lives up to its name.
Some time has passed since then. We enjoy our house, which is located in the middle of the old town and yet very quiet. Two years ago we had the opportunity to acquire the neighbouring house. With a lot of heart and soul we have also renovated this house, the Casa Vistalmar.

From spring 2020 we are looking forward to welcoming guests and will do everything to ensure that you enjoy an unforgettable, relaxed stay in Conil.
