Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow park is located in the middle of the Tulip Field region in North Holland.
The house is located 1700m from the dune entrance, with a free parking space.
Very nicely laid out house with 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, kitchen, 1 shower room, terrace. WC separate from the shower. There are various children's playground equipment in the park. The house is situated in a quiet place, without through traffic.
The terrace is screened by bushes and there is a large barbecue at the side. You can really feel at home there.
The bungalow stands on a lawn, detached, child-friendly, in a quiet corner of the park.

1 car parking space at the house, small village in dunes and close to the beach. The village is situated in the middle of the tulip fields - region, the tulips bloom most beautifully from mid-April to the beginning of May; shopping facilities a few minutes away, at the entrance to the dunes there is a leisure park, there are several restaurants. On Mondays there is a flea market. On Thursdays there is a market in Schagen with lots of shopping and folklore performances. Alkmaar is worth a visit, Den Helder with its naval museum, the island of Texel, the final dike, the Zuiderzee museum or Amsterdam are all worth a trip!

It is rented by the week from Friday to Friday or from Saturday to Saturday, this includes Easter, Whitsun, Ascension Day, 1st May and Corpus Christi.
If the guest withdraws after conclusion of the contract, an expense allowance of 25,- will be charged, 1 month before departure the full rental price is due.
The house is winterproof, has an outdoor barbecue, bicycle shed, NL cable TV and German satellite antenna.
The beach is nearby and can be reached by car for the disabled via a tarred road, if you get an access ticket nearby there.
Suitable for senior citizens, limited access for disabled persons.

Very well equipped
The landlord always responded quickly. When we had questions, we were helped immediately and friendly. The house is very well equipped, clean and cozy. We were at the beach in about 10 minutes by bike. It's faster by car (plus walking distance to the beach). We will gladly rent the house again in spring when the tulips bloom. :) K. D.

Klasse Haus
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Nordholland verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht (Nach unseren Maßstäben). Wir waren mit 5 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) dort, es ist ruhig und man kann sich gut entspannnen. Fahrradverleih und Schwimmbad sind neben dem Park, auch ein kleiner Markt mit super Backwaren ist in der Nähe. Der Strand ist mit Fahrrad und Auto gut und schnell zuerreichen, auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichen (Schagen, Alkmaar Käsemarkt, Texel usw.). Wir waren das erstemal in Holland und ich muss sagen es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

SUPER Haus!!
Ich war mit einem Freund eine Woche dort um fischen zu gehen! Das Haus war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Betten waren super, die Einrichtung klasse, und es war alles im Haus, was man im Urlaub und Haushalt so braucht! Die Lage vom Haus ist ebenso gut, man kann alles schnellstens erreichen! Vor allem war es schön ruhig. Die Verwalterin vor Ort war auch sehr nett und wir kamen sehr gut mit ihr zurecht! Ich kann das Haus also ohne jede bedenken weiter empfehlen, es hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht !

Kurzurlaub 4 Tage
Waren Leider nur 4 Tage sehr schöne Gegend Strand leicht zu erreichen sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Städte zum bummeln nicht weit entfernt .Das Haus sehr schönen Lage Einrichtung wirklich alles vorhanden sehr gemütlich. Terrasse mit Tisch Stühlen liegen mit auflagen Sonnenschirmen zum entspannen alles da. Wir fahren wieder hin sehr zu empfehlen

Gemütliches Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir waren zu zweit zum ersten Mal in Holland und waren restlos begeistert über die wunderschöne Umgebung! Der Park liegt mitten in den Tulpenfeldern, die gerade in voller Blüte standen - selten sowas Schönes gesehen.
Von hier aus kann man in kurzer Zeit gesamt Nordholland erkunden, es gibt wirklich viel zu entdecken.
Wir hatten es vom Wetter her leider sehr kalt und teilweise Regen. Doch das Haus ist super gemütlich, lässt sich prima heizen und in dem geräumigen Wohnraum lässt es sich gut aushalten.
Es ist an Ausstattung alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann, sogar ein riesiger Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächern darunter! Und alles in gutem, z.T. neuen Zustand. Die Matratzen sind auch neu, wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Der Park ist sehr gut gepflegt mit viel Wiese zwischen den Häuschen, Spielgeräte für kleine und große Kinder, wir freuen uns schon auf den Sommer, wo wir dann zu viert wieder dort unseren Urlaub gebucht haben. Dann werden wir wohl Fahrräder mitnehmen oder vor Ort mieten, damit kommt man einfach schneller und unproblematischer zum Strand. Die Düne ist hier am Ort sehr breit, aber in den beiden Nachbarorten Callantsoog oder Petten kommt man direkt zum Strand.
Zu sagen wäre noch, daß das Haus für 6 Pers. zu klein ist, u.a. weil Du/WC sehr eng sind, aber für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ist es ok.

...bei voller Belegung mit 6 Pers. zu klein. Für zwei bis max 4 Pders. aber in Ordnung.
Es ist hier ruhig, um uns herum ist jetzt kein Haus belegt. Außer ein paar Landarbeiter
bewohnen ein Haus.

Einfach und zweckmäßig, etwas verwohnt
Wir haben uns das Häuschen aus dem Internet ausgesucht
Die Beschreibung und vorallem die Fotos sind gut gemacht. Entsprechen aber leider nicht
ganz der wahren Situation. Im Haus ist zwwar alles vorhanden ist aber stark abgenutzt und alt.
Kinder können hier vorm Haus spielen.
Allein die Lage in Nordholland ist klasse, und der Preis ist angemessen für diese Art von Haus. Der Verwalter ist sehr nett ! Von hier aus kann mann vieles Unternehmen .

Klasse Haus !!
Wer einen Fereienhaus sucht, wo es an fast nichts fehlt, der sollte hier zugreifen!
Die Ausstattung ist Perfekt und der Terassenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Zimmer sind klasse aufgeteilt.
Bei uns funktionierte die Spühlmaschine nicht, ein Tag später wurde Sie ausf´getauscht. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr nett und spricht sehr gut Deutsch.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr gute lage zum Strand und zum Nord-Holland-Kanal.
free time activities: Nordholland hat alles was man sich an freizeit möglichkeiten vorstellen kann. Obmit der Familie oder als Jüngeres/Älteres Pärchen.
shopping facilities: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend.

Schöner Urlaub in Holland
Ein gemütliches Häuschen, ruhig gelegen, sehr viel komfortables Inventar .......... die Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch für Angler ;-)

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner gelungener Urlaub !!

free time activities: Die Umgebung von Sint Maartenszee ist ein Paradies für Angler, Schwimmbad um die Ecke ........Kinderspielplätze mehr als ausreichend.
shopping facilities: Ein kleiner Supermarkt in naher Umgebung, wo es ALLES gibt und auch wirklich nicht teuer ist.
