The Holiday home

Estellencs is on the rocky coastline that runs next to the Tramuntana mountains, far from mass tourism. It is an oasis of peace, tranquility and tradition. The road that leads to this place is known for its pronounced curves, which augur a journey of adventure overlooking an infinite sea and a typical mountain landscape. Estellencs is situated between the villages Andratx and Banyalbufar. the picturesque village has appeal for itself, due to its rustic charm and its impressive location on the rocky coast of the Tramuntana mountains.

Vaquet House is equipped with everything you will need to spend a pleasant time in Mallorca. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. The standard capacity coicide with the maximum, for 6 people.

It is important to note that Vaquet House together with Sa Vinya House is really a house divided into two floors. Each house means one floor - with its own kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. It's like a detached house encompassed in a larger house. The outdoor area such as garden, swimming pool, parking spaces and laundry are shared with Sa Vinya House.

Among other equipment, Vaquet House has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi connection, TV, heating, bed linen & towels, and much more!

Estellencs is the perfect starting point for many hiking and cycling routes. One of the best walks will take you to Puig de Galatzó, at an altitude of 1,026 metres and with views of the whole of Mallorca.

Vaquet House and Sa Vinya House may be booked together if both are available. The perfect choice for large families and groups of friends.

COMMON STANDARDS
- Silence is compulsory between 00:00h and 09:00h
- Any community and pool rules must be respected at all times
- It is forbidden to hang towels and/or clothes from the terrace or balcony
- Air conditioning + heating/heaters must be turned off while guests are away from the property
If you fail to comply with any of these rules, you will be charged a penalty of 50€ of the entire deposit

Time of arrival: From 16:00 to 22:00 hours.
Late arrivals after 22:00: €100

Cleaning: Penalty of 50€
Keys: Loss or return of incomplete set of 50€ keys. *Keys are returned at reception.
Blankets and Towels: All of them must be in good condition. Penalty of 30€.
Furniture and glass: Penalty of 100€.
Electrical appliances: Any damage or loss will have a penalty of 50€. If the energy consumption is exceeded 50€ will be penalized
Internet: The penalty for loss of the router will be 200€.
