Description
Our holiday flat is located in the Dünenstraße on the ground floor/high ground floor of an apartment building about 150 (actually walked) metres from the beach. It is bright and friendly furnished and offers space for 4 people. An extra bed on the sofa bed in the children's room is possible. The flat has a living room, a children's room with a second TV, another bedroom, a small balcony to the rear with a view of the greenery, a fully equipped kitchen and a small parking space directly in the courtyard.
Wifi, children's travel bed and high chair are available. A small selection of games, books, DVDs and some toys are also available. Bicycle and drying room are in the basement, a laundry area in the courtyard.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Dogs are welcome, as long as they leave the upholstery and beds primarily to humans.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located just behind the dune in a residential street close to the beach. You are only a few steps away from the sea or the beach promenade. Several restaurants, the bakery, pharmacy, savings bank and supermarket are within walking distance, as are the hairdresser, physiotherapy or even a Thai massage
Children can choose between the small playground in the courtyard, two playgrounds on the promenade or perhaps the nature conservation centre just around the corner. The wide white beach at Karlshagen is particularly popular, as it is well maintained and the water is so shallow and warm.
Karlshagen has its own children's spa director with consultation hours in the beach chair. She makes sure that children can also experience a lot here
And if it's not the beach you're after, Karls Erdbeerhof in Koserow or the neighbouring Trassenheide with its butterfly farm, amusement park and wildlife will tempt you. Next door at the Bikehotel or at the Guten Gelben on Maiglöckchenberg, bikes can be rented, perhaps for a museum tour to Peenemünde or to the livelier Zinnowitz with its seawater swimming pool and wellness area.
Culturally, when it's not Corona, there is a colourful programme from concerts to party music in the concert shell or in the Haus des Gastes, exhibitions, festivals, such as the chalk, harbour or seaside resort festival, to the big sporting events, such as the Usedom Beach Cup.
And of course there are also sporting activities: on the nearby tennis court, the skate park, playing volleyball on the beach or windsurfing, surfing, kiting or even stand-up paddling on the sports beach of Karlshagen or Peenemünde.
Karlshagen is just the right place to enjoy nature, be active, relax or be entertained - the Baltic Sea is a place to feel good.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Top vacation apartment near the beach
I spent 2 weeks here on a very relaxing vacation with my three-year-old son.
The apartment is very well equipped and nothing was missing. Even toys for children of all ages are available. The short distance to the beach is particularly noteworthy, but also the good and above all quiet location. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Super Ausstattung, sehr sauber, es wurde alles sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet, wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohlgefühlt, die Entfernung zum Strand betrug ca.2 Gehminuten, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. der Bäcker befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es erfolgte ein reibungsloser Ablauf von der Buchung bis hin zur Abreise dadurch konnte ein entspannter Urlaub erfolgen. Wenn Fragen auftraten wurden diese innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung 100% weiterempfehlen.

Very nice, top equipped holiday flat
A large, bright and functionally fully furnished flat awaited.
A bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome - a very nice gesture. The flat was clean and provided with some basic equipment. Fully equipped kitchen with balcony, big TV, cosy sofa, nice big children's room with lots of toys and TV, comfortable double bed in the small bedroom and a big enough bathroom with washing machine! - cosy and everything you need is there. Very clever and practical is the hidden storage in the hallway. The parking space is right in front of the front door. The short walk to the beach is a great advantage and the bakery just around the corner also gets 5 stars. The Wi-Fi works very well

Very nice holiday flat
We were immediately thrilled. It is a large, well-equipped holiday flat in a top location!
We were also very happy about the welcome, with a bottle of sparkling wine on the table :-)
The beach is only a 3 minute walk away.
We would book the flat again at any time. :-)

Super Ferienwohnung
Es erwartet einen, eine Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, selbst Leselektüre und Rätselhefte waren ausgelegt. Zur Begrüßung Stand eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Tisch. Alle Bewohner im Haus sind super nett. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist und haben nur positives Feedback von allen Hausbewohnern bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie ist toll gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Wir sind oft in Karlshagen und werden uns die nächsten Male um diese Wohnungen in unserem Zeitraum bemühen.

-Top Lage für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub -> 3 min. fußläufig bis zum schönen Ostseestrand, darüber hinaus ein guter Startpunkt für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren um die Insel zu erkunden
-FeWo ist super ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht, u.a. Fahrradkeller, Waschmaschine, 2 Flat-TV's, Wlan, viele Tischspiele für schlechtwetter Tage....
- relativ ruhige Lage, früh ist es etwas lauter durch den morgendlichen Autoverkehr aber nicht wirklich störend

Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist sehr modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Egal welches Zimmer, es wurde alles bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Ein Urlaub zu zweit oder in Familie mit Kindern und auch Hunden ist hier perfekt.
In der Umgebung sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Restaurants und Cafés zu Fuß erreichbar. Der weitläufige und saubere Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, höchstens 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Für einen Urlaub zur Entspannung absolut empfehlenswert!
